Panda Express — Restaurant in Spokane

We stopped by at 9pm on 6/23 after seeing online that this location closed at 10pm. There was only two people in line ahead of us and at least 6 workers. Most of which were just standing around. After about 15 minutes of waiting we finally got up to the counter, only to see that they were out of over half of the food selections. I asked how long it would take for more bejing or chow main to be finished. The girl helping us said "it would probably take like 20 minutes, and we close in 15." I told her I looked online and it said they closed at 10pm. She then gave me the answer of "the dining room closes in 15, the drive thru is open until 10." Annoyed by this idiotic answer I asked her "so you are telling me if I go get in my car, and go through the drive thru, that you would have bejing and chow mein available?" She just stared at me unable to answer my question. If you are going to be open until 10, have food available until 10 or specify that it is a limited menu. And train your employees to not give bullcrap answers. We ended up going somewhere else after waiting 15 minutes in line and then wasting another 5 minutes arguing with yet another fast food employee that doesn't know how to...

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered at 5.15 pm online through the Panda Express website. Apparently they use door dash for delivery, but it doesn’t say that anywhere. Received an email from Panda Express stating our food would be delivered at 5:58 pm. Received a text with a link to track in door dash. Status went back and forth between an arrival time and saying the delivery driver was still at the store. Called at 6:21 and was told the order was still at the store and nobody was there to get it. Spoke to the manager who told us that he wasn’t responsible, only does delivery through door dash, and we should call door dash. I told him-more than once- that we were never given any contact information other than the local store’s number. He again repeated that it want his responsibility. A few minutes further into our argument, my son walked in with our food - the food that was apparently still at the store. GREAT JOB PANDA EXPRESS! GREAT JOB DOOR DASHER FOR DELIVERING OUR FOOD HALF AN HOUR LATE! NEVER AGAIN WITH EITHER DOOR DASH OR PANDA. AND LYING ABOUT IT MAKES IT...

It’s hard to give anymore that one star and I never write reviews but I felt I have to write something this time. I know Panda Express it’s just a fast food place and probably low rates don’t affect them staying on business. This location like all others food is ok... almost the same as any other locations but I’m writing this because of service and order accuracy. Like I said I never write reviews and I always let go mistakes but this location it’s so bad at order accuracy. It’s been at least 6 times we go to this location and every time they missed something with the order (drive-thru or inside). I’m to the point that I have to check the order every time or start going to a different location because the last time I order food from here they even forgot to include the main entree. So no matter how busy they are (that’s what they told me when I called about the missing items on my order) they should at least give you the food you paid for. Also keep your receipts because they won’t do anything if you don’t...
