Rancho Chico — Restaurant in Spokane

Not satisfied... I paid 60.00 to a fajita burrito and 3 carne asada tacos with rice and beans and chips and salsa to go.... the girl at the front desk told me there was no Carne asada so my options were pork, chicken, or ground beef so I chose chicken... got home to eat and this is what I had tacos with little to no meat and one had a bone in it topped with tons of lettuce and a tomato , not to mention the quality of these tacos were that of what taco bell would server or that I could have made at home for 5.00.... So I called back to speak with a manager or owner, where I was informed that the owner was in Mexico so there was no one to talk to or I could call back Monday. So I loaded this stuff back up and took it back where they offered to make it right I finally got my food corrected but this was by far 60.00 worth of food in quality I sit here writing this review with a film of some sort in my mouth However the gentleman that fixed my order was very nice as all the staff were welcoming Over all, over priced taco bell food.. Also I'm Hispanic so I know authentic quality Mexican food as I've learned many dishes from my Tias and Abuela.... they would have been more upset...

I will never eat at this restaurant. they decided to gouge everyone on chips & salsa. They are charging $17 for 32oz Togo salsa 😳 that’s $68 a gallon if you work it out. It’s really good yummy salsa but That price is beyond ridiculous. Especially when the other location is $5 cheaper. & I know I’m just one person and they may not care but they lost me as a customer. I ask if they were the same Rancho Chico as the northside and he said yes. I told him they only charge $12 for 32 ounce container which I thought was a lot already. I will drive the 8 minutes up north to get from them. The service is way better there. They told me I’m sorry it’s different management. We’ll bye Felecia. Thanks but no thanks I will take by business elsewhere. I don’t appreciate getting taken for $30 for some chips & salsa, I spend a lot of money eating at this place....

Unassuming, which is nice. Typical atmosphere, nice decor. The food was good, what they got correct that is. One of my party very clearly ordered a steak taco salad. Was served flat steak with rice and beans. We were ignored for the rest of our meal, by the waitress and the rest of the staff passing our table (we were next to the kitchen). When she finally came and started taking plates she was informed of the incorrect order (cooked well on its own, just not what was ordered), we did not even receive an apology, just an "uh oh." Not impressed. At checkout the hostess initially ran the payment card on the wrong ticket, but ran it wrong so we were saved that headache. Looking at other reviews we will be sure to check the charges on the card. Very disappointed. Previously ate here for lunch and was pleased, but that can't be said for their...
