My daughter treated me to lunch today, two meals came up to over $34. When we recieved our meals, the chicken was still draining grease out of them, but we said nothing. The girl at the registar said the buisuts were going to take a little longer, when they are done I can bring them out to you About 5 minutes later she said here is your buiscuts. I went up to the counter (she did not bring them out to us) told her thank you, pulled out the buiscuts to put the butter on them, but when I pulled mine apart the buiscut was still doughy inside, literally sticky doughy. I opened my daughters, same thing. I brought the two back to the counter and politely told the girl that the two buscuits are still doughy, thinking they will be kind back and replace them with completely cooked ones. Oh no, the girl said to me, well thats the way they are, thats how they come out, they are a different brand now! I told her, but it is literally sticky dough, then a guy from behind the counter comes over and before I can say anything the girl tells him, she said the buscuits are doughy and wants new ones, I told her thsts just how they come out now! (WOW, I dont remember saying all of that, but ok) They guy said if you want different ones we can get you different ones, then looks at the girl and throws his hands in the air and shakes his head. (By this time my patients for the attitudes have gotten thinner) I said, you dont need to get me new ones if its a bother! He said No I said we will get you new ones, I told him that I am not asking for new ones but you threw your hands up in the air as if it were a bother to you. By then a third guy comes out and asks me whats going on ( not in a mean way, I think he was truthfully concerned) I told him I got doughy buscuits and the other two did not seem to like being bothered by it, the 3rd guy said oh we can get you new ones, I told him thats ok because the other guy said that the new buiscuts will be out of the same batch that they will be the same. The guy continued to say they can get new buiscuts. I just said "Ok" then went and sat back down with my daughter. Several minutes went by and I had to go, did not wait any longer for buiscuts. Moral of my complaint story, my daughter just paid over $34 for raw buscuits, greasy chicken, and bad attitudes instead of a decent good meal in a inviting atmosphere, now I understand why there were no ther customers in there at the time. Read moreI normally LOVE KFC and it's great deals and prices. My very close friend and I decided to grab lunch. She warned me that she had had a not so good experience last time at this KFC and sure enough, everything she said seemed to replay in front of me. #1 Food Prices were different than other KFC's like the $5 fill up was $6...ect. #2 The food was very small portioned and non flavorful. I asked for lettuce and extra mayo on my chicken sandwich and they didnt carry lettuce and had nothing to even sub it for nor was there extra mayo. The only positive was the food was hot when we got it but very very small. #3 My friend didnt get her full order #4 The service was horrible. This poor new girl was being slammed with negative remarks by the manager as well as the other co workers and never heard a positive word the whole hour we were there. She seemed sad like she was not happy working there at all. It took 3 people including the manager to take one guys order not to mention his order was screwed up too. The feeling of this place was empty and cold. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and very very successful. I am currently a independent consultant for business and if I was managing this KFC, a lot of things would change while upholding policy.
Last but not least, the tables were dirty and the manager and another co worker were doing a lot of personal talking instead of working. I can see potential in this place if some alignment was done correctly with attitude, staff, proper training and quality of both the food and the feel of the place. I hope this will benefit this place and help the workers and business grow. Sorry for all the negative but if nobody says anything, nothing...
Read moreThe food is always good but their customer service / drive thru needs work. We ordered an extra side of mac'n'cheese through a phone order for pick up. When my husband went through the drive thru he specifically asked if the small mac'n'cheese was in there and the clerk said it was in the bag. Once he got home, no mac'n'cheese. Minor detail, I know, but when you have a kid who will only eat that with their chicken, it's kind of a big deal. That's not the worst part though. Trying to call the store to tell them about their error takes you to corporate in Texas. Every time they patched us through to the store it went to a fax line. For 2 HOURS we tried contacting the store to no avail. We live 30 minutes from town, not worth the hour drive. We are so frustrated. My advice: EVERY TIME YOU GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, DO NOT LEAVE THE WINDOW UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER! This has happened multiple times at this KFC.
