This was the most amazing customer service I've had in so long! Ordered a sectional from costco.com and had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS eventually returned the parts of the couch we did receive and then went to 16 cents. Andrew helped us pick out a practical, beautiful comfortable sectional for our large family and my husband convinced me to get the yellow couch I just fell in love with plus we added a big plush ottoman! We explained that we had no furniture at home, since we moved with the expectation of having another couch already there. Andrew said everything was in stock and they would work hard to get our furniture ASAP. Imagine my surprise when Tim calls me THE NEXT DAY to say they would be delivering our furniture that afternoon if I was available, I was! He text me with updates all along as his afternoon progressed which was super helpful and made it easy to clear out the room when they were close. Tim amd Brendon who delivered all our furniture was so friendly, and amazing about being careful in our home and setting up our furniture exactly like I wanted! This was such an incredible experience we will be back EVERYTIME we need more furniture! Can't say enough about how awesome all of the staff was and how much we love...

First a shout out to Dave, the employee who is beyond amazing, helpful, and very patient! We decided last minute to go look at mattresses at 6pm, after nearly an hour in the store going back and forth and asking a bunch of questions, we found the perfect BRAND NEW MATTRESS ( our 1st new bed we've purchased after 12years together! Dave wasn't pushy at all (which we loved), we didn't feel pressured and after a long week and a billion questions, we were so pleased that Dave stayed late to help us with our order. We bought a mattress, box spring, and protective cover tonight and are going back next week to buy the headboard/frame! I highly recommend this store to anyone, the story behind the business is truly inspiring and the employees definitely represent the company well. We can't say enough about our positive experience and will definitely be loyal customers. Dave was very detailed in telling us about all of the options we had with financing if we wanted to go that route. I truly want to thank Nick!!! Yesterday we went to another store to start off. Which started out well and ended bad with me in tears from anger. My husband said lets got to 16 cents like I told you before. We walked in tired and upset from the day with one of our sons who is 4 and a handful. Nick was quick to greet us and help us. We told him we needed two twin mattresses and a box spring. He showed us a few options. Then my son quickly fell in love with another bed. He was quick to show him the bed and ask him thats what he wants and show him how it works. We decided to go with it. After all the paperwork was finished we found out we would have to wait till Monday to continue. He assured us he would get us that bed. Well that night we got an email of approval. Today we called and they said come on in. We are truly thankful. Even if we eneded up with no bed yesterday the customer service that was provided will.keep us coming back and we will be sending all our family and friends your way....
