Letās get one thing straight I love wake up call Iāve been coming for years I have friends who work at wake up call. Any other reviews Iāve written have been positive. Today I was serviced by Ella at the Northwest Blvd. Wake Up Call and it was the most unpleasant experience Iāve ever had in simplest terms. She was the rudest person Iāve ever receive service from. Horrible attitude, extremely snarky, and rude with Demeaning remarks whenever she asked a question or interacted with me. There was no one else in line. I drove straight to the window. Apparently, she had wanted me to take my order with the person standing outside for faster service??? When I hadnt even decided what I wanted yet or had a chance to look at the menu to see if I wanted to try something new because Itās fall so flavors are back. Originally, I was going to pay with cash so that I could leave a tip like I do every single time I get my coffee with these lovely ladies. But because of how nasty the service was, I ended up just pay with card leaving no tip and getting out of there. I hope Wake Up Call can address issues like this properly. Especially when sheās not representing the company to loyal customers, but new ones as well and I can tell you that if I was a new customer to Wake Up Call and had her service I would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI spoke too soon........ My first visit did not go too well, so my first review wasn't a fair review! When changing to a new coffee shop, you need to give the Baristas a chance to get to know you and familiarize themselves with how you like your drink, like; hot, too hot, cold, too much ice, too little ice, etc. Basically, they need to familiarize themselves with your pickiness! And anyone that is serious about a good coffee drink, you know exactly what I mean about your own pickiness āŗļø So even though my first visit didn't impress me, I was completely wrong to base my review on the very first visit! I Actually received an email from the manager, asking me to touch base with him, and to give him a chance to make things right. I was very impressed with that! I did not contact him, but I did go back, and this time I explained in detail how I liked my drink and it was perfect! Since that humbling day, I have made this Wake Up Call, my favorite go to! I do apologize for my first snarky review, as it was totally unfair to all those involved, including myself! Thank you for what you do and I think you guys all are great and for the most part I see you all working well together and that's a big Plus in any business!! Happy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCoffee is good. Was a long time customer of over a year, sadly no longer. If you go there prepare to wait for a long time generally for your coffee and if it is not made correctly or something goes wrong with the restretto shots due to the grinder just know they and (Morgan the manager) will gladly remake it however you will be told that you are the only one who basically ever brings their coffee back to be remade if it is not tasting right or way too much foam or whatever the case is. Made me feel awful. Used to be my favorite place to go with friends or family now I just feel crunchy about it after she told me 1 in 10 of my drinks I bring back and I should not be leaving into my car to taste my coffee that I need to make sure it's right b4 I leave. Felt like I was being lectured in a polite way. Did not make me feel good at all. In all honesty I have returned 2 coffees in the last month and the month before that I had to have 2 remade also. Apparently Morgan makes coffee so perfect they don't make mistakes and when they do it is only with me. Not the customers fault if the coffee doesn't taste the way it does ever other day I have gotten it there. Sad because I liked the workers and...
