What a pile of garbage.

The pros: The size is pretty good, definitely two thirds bigger than Jimmy John's turds. They screwed up on an order so they comped us a full sandwich instead of a half.

Cons: I don't think they could have gone any cheaper on the bread, it had absolutely no density and was really sponge-like and tore apart with hardly any pressure. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was mushy. Yes, the roast beef was mushy. The provolone was laid on in a paper thin strip.

We called in for a delivery at 10:30am and they told us they don't know if they can deliver or not because the delivery guy has been calling out sick. Um, ok? So get a temp delivery person and / or don't tell people that. So what, if the delivery guy comes in we get a sick guy bringing us our food? Awesome. Maybe don't tell customers that in the future. We said we'll just come pick it up and to please have it by 11:45, "no problem," they say. We get there and our order isn't ready until almost 12:30, hence the comped half sandwich.

Overall, those pre made subs that come from Safeway seem...

So....I've heard a lot over the years that it's a OK to good place...my experience with the food was ok...I ordered extra meat (3.50 extra) on 1 sandwich and extra cheese on another(2.00extra) and each topping like olive and pepperoncini each one costing 0.75...if that was wxtra cheese and extra meat onthe sandwich thrn i dont want a regular 1 idk i think i didn't get extra meat or cheese and someone is just pocketing the cash totally lol...and the sandwich was mediocre at best and 2 sandwiches delivered after everything including seamless delivery fee was over $50 so each sandwich was $25+ wow....sparkys needs to reevaluate whatever is wrong with this process because I'm sure I can't be the only 1 lol...you order online...after reading this...well you know what wrong with yourself you just don't care lmafo I will never purchase anything from this establishment or use seamless again either because between the 2 there's something...

Rebutting the poor review I found posted (8/19) for the ONLY sub shop you should visit...if these ladies ever had a dissatisfied customer, they'd want to know so they could try to make it right. Sad the consumer posted a poor review without giving the shop an opportunity to fix or change whatever she didn't like. Next time and every time, do make the sandwich yourself, at home. I am sure the establishment and staff would appreciate it! They are fantastic!!!! Hands down the BEST sub shop- if you haven't tried them, you are missing out! The ladies are personable, strive to give you exactly what you want in a superior sub and are the best kept secret in Spokane. If you like your sandwich fixings fileted out all day waiting for you to order, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Fresh sliced, refrigerated cheese, and meats when you place your order!
