04-2023. Try to go to McDonald's and use my amp for curbside pickup. Once again the app is not working. This is the second time in the last three days It was not working. I proceeded to order through the drive-through. Of course I got my order wrong. First, they only charged me for a medium meal and not a large meal that I ordered. Also, I asked for no pickles, no mustard. When I got my order. Of course it had pickles and mustard on. They needed do a better job with their quality control. Also I found out when you order chicken nuggets. There are no more free dipping sauces. They are now charging for every dipping sauce you get with your chicken nugget meal. This is ridiculous. They have already had huge price increases. They are charging 15 dollars for breakfast that used to cost 5. $2.50 for hash brown. They are so small and overpriced compared to Burger King, Wendy's, or Taco Bell. They are pricing themselves out of the market. :( :(
02-2023. If there was any other McDonald's between my home and my work. I would go there. Today I went to lunch in order to curbside ordering. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal size large. When they brought the order to my car. They gave me a medium French fry. So I proceeded go through the drive-through to explain. I was not given the large fry that I ordered. They proceeded to take the medium fry back from me and throw it directly in the garbage and then handed me a large fry. Look, I've been eating at McDonald's for more than 40 years. In these types of situations for their mistake in my inconvenience they would let me keep the medium fry and replace the large fry that I was missing. I questioned the person and they said they are required to throw the old food away. This is such a waste. McDonald's needs to learn something about customer service. Overpriced food with poor customer service. At least 1/3 of the time I receive mistakes in my orders.
02-2023. They brought back the breakfast bagel sandwich. I was very excited to order breakfast bagel sandwich. This was discontinued because of Covid more than two years ago. But yet again I am let down by this restaurant. I go through the drive-through and place my order for breakfast bagel sandwich meal and extra hash brown. This total came to over ten dollars. Way too expensive. I get my order and drive off to work. When I open my sandwich. I realized he gave me a biscuit instead of a bagel. Paying more than ten dollars for breakfast, one would expect they would at least get the order right.
01-2023. Again, more than fifteen minute wait in the curbside pickup. I order on the app and wait, and wait, and wait. Finally, I call to ask for my order is, and it seems like they could not even find my order. Then after waiting an additional five minutes. Someone finally brings my order.
12-2022 . Again, I went to curbside ordering to order on my app. After waiting more than fifteen minutes for my order. I called the McDonald's to find out where my order was. It still took him another five minutes to bring the order out to me. I waited more than twenty minutes to get my food at curbside pickup. I was late for work. Surely this is not fast food.
11-2022 . I did curbside ordering on the app today. After waiting more than ten minutes. I called the McDonald's to find out when they were bringing my order out. I was told my order was already delivered. I explained I did not get my order. No one delivered my order. It appears they gave my order to the wrong car. Read moreI ordered a door dash order for 2 hamburger happy meals (specially ordered with extra everything and one I even paid extra for an extra meat patty on the sandwich and a 10 piece nugget and paid for extra sauce. I always have to go back to this McDonald’s due to something missing and now I’ll start documenting it so everyone else knows not to even trust them. Everyone clearly has the same issue in previous reviews . I called and the girl was nice, but tried to tell me “the girl at the front counter said she put everything in the bag.” And I proceeded to let her know I sent in pictures to door dash with what was missing and brought the bag back with the entire order in it because when I asked her on the phone if I should bring it because when I worked there we asked people to bring the order back so we can replace it and she said yes. I drove all the way back to McDonald’s with my bag and have everything back except the drinks and said they were fine but everything is cold and I even offered to take the cold 10 pc back so she didn’t have to remake it and she insisted she make another.. idk if she just didn’t even look at my order which was in giant letters on the door dash bag or what but they still made my sandwich wrong and replaced everything except the second sandwich which was given back to them completely untouched. We didn’t touch a single thing and it sure is a shame because when I walked in there was a manager on the table and 2 managers by drive thru so I’ll never understand how they still got my order wrong she said she has no way to go back and see a door dash order LOL it’s on the bag if you had just paid attention instead of joking around with your staff. I told them I’m honestly good and not to lie to me because I used to work there so I know how it works and I won’t be returning or wasting my money there any longer. First of all, your app and legit McDonald’s website states you’re 24 hours so why is there a line of 5 cars when I get there honking. I decided to go around to the window to knock and see what’s going on. It’s one lady, who is completely ignoring me. Their window is wiggly and I knocked loud so there’s no reason why she couldn’t hear me. She heard me, she just ignored me. She even came to the window I was at, touched some things on the touchpad at the window and still didn’t acknowledge me. I keep knocking at this point because I’m annoyed. She FINALLY comes and lifts up 5 fingers and say 5 o clock... if y’all are not 24 hours, STOP ADVERTISING AS 24 hours and don’t tell me your not 24 hours because I was JUST here a few weeks ago at 3 something am and got my food perfectly fine. If you made changes to your hours of operations, update it!
