I live less then a mile from their business. The deliveries are slow the people on the phone are either impossible to understand or they take things that are said completely wrong. After today ill take my business to pizza hut. They just tossed about 100.00 bucks a month they must be doing business to throw away business like that. They called me just to make a fool of me because I joked about the amount of time it was going to take to get my meal. When I say 100.00 dollars a month it means at lest 100.00 per month. As for the rush I didn't even say anything about last week's screw up. After an hour I call back ask about my order they tell me "it's waiting to be picked up." When then first words out of my mouth every time I order is "I would like a delivery order." As you see by their comment to me their customers don't matter. Read their reviews you will see more then I with this complaint. Check out what the doctor said and what they did to try and get her to change her rating. Stay away liars, disrespetful. You see how he tried to minimise my comment about what I spent a month there. Stay away.. Food isn't worth dealing...
Read moreLil' Mamma's was good years ago when they first came to Pleasant Gap. Over the years, the sauce changed and the quality and taste of the food took a nose dive. We kept giving them another chance just in case they got a new food vendor or cook. Unfortunately, today was the last time we will ever order from them again. I ordered online and triple checked that I ordered toppings only on the right half (RH as seen online) because we all know how picky kids can be. We picked up the pizza and the whole thing was covered with the toppings. I called to let them know they're was a mistake, and the person I spoke to told me that the owner wasn't there and there was nothing they could do for an online order mistake and refused to make a new pizza for us. He even spoke for the owner saying he too would tell me there's nothing they could do. I told him I would share this on my review and he was fine with it. So, Lil' Mamma's, after years of supporting our neighborhood...
Read moreWe got a variety of food: chicken tenders and fries, kids pizza, cheesesteak, and a crispy chicken salad. The workers were all very kind, friendly, and very accommodating to us making a few small changes to menu items. The service was very quick as well. The food is where the problem is. All the fried things tasted like they were fried once and completely cooked, then fried again to get them back up to temperature. The pizza was extremely greasy and my niece wouldn’t eat it. The chicken tenders were the chunkier kind and they said they liked them because they were extra crispy. The chicken that came on the salad was a flatter kind and cooked so much that it was difficult to get both the chicken and the breading around it on my fork at the same time. I was impressed that they use Arcadian mix in the salad though. The bread that the sandwich comes on and that comes with the salad was so hard it...
