I have used this location dozens of times over the years with zero issues or complaints. I stopped in the day after Christmas to have a phone we had already purchased (at this location) be activated for my teen daughter and it was a disaster! Scott C. only cares about "making a sale". If you're not there to drop money, he doesn't want to be bothered with you and unfortunately for us, he was the only one working this day. He doesn't know what he's doing and is the most unprofessional employee I've ever experienced at a Verizon store. Shoveling cookies in his mouth while speaking to customers, lots of attitude and eye rolling, he dismissed me so another customer could sit at my table, but still after 30 minutes of my time hasn't properly activated the new phone. He was also extremely rude to older customers who seemed to not have a lot of technology experience. And seriously, sunglasses on a cloudy day? He gives me the tacky used car salesman vibe and I will never return. Replace him. I will NEVER do business with this unprofessional...

I felt pressured by the first person who worked with me to upgrade/change, despite the fact that I was happy with what I had. I know it's his job to do this, but he was clearly irritated with me. He was confrontational from the beginning, I assume it's because I bought my phone and case elsewhere for a fraction of the cost? Or perhaps I just rubbed him as poorly as he rubbed me?
He passed me off to Caleb who was a delight. He was understanding and helpful, no condescension. If he had told me "you probably do want this" I would have believed him at face value and bought whatever I needed in a heartbeat.

Read moreI sat in this store for 45 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me. Finally I got fed up for not even being acknowledged and asked how much longer it would be. The disinterested unapologetic girl answered that it would be at least another 10-15 minutes and looked at me as if I was the one being rude for getting fed up with being ignored.
If she had spared 10 seconds to ask me what I needed today, or to let me know how long I could expect to wait, it would have done wonders. Instead, I'll take my business to someone who isn't inconvenienced by it.
