Mays Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Spring Township

I've passed by May's plenty of times on Penn Ave, and always wanted to try their sandwiches. I went in recently to grab a couple ham on rolls to see how they stacked up to Screpesi's ham on rolls (My fave in the area). Once in, I noticed the shop had a wide variety of other goods that I couldn't resist getting as well. The gentleman that made my sandwiches was very friendly, and informative about the other products they sold outside of their menu. While the subs were very high quality, they're just shy of beating a Screpesi sub. May's is closer to me however, and tasty enough that I'll be back in again....

Great food. So far I've had a California cheese steak and Italian sub, both time with onion rings. My wife got a chicken cheese steak. We both love May's. She can't stop talking about her sandwich. I keep telling friends to try them. Can't wait to eat there again! They provide excellent service, the shop is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and helpful.
