Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Township

Stop 🛑 warning ⚠️ These reviews are not lying!!!! I wanted to go against all odds and give this place a try. Unfortunately there is a reason why there’s reviews online, and there mostly 1 star. Listen to me and the rest of us that have given a 1 star. These workers do not care what so ever about your food. My first time ordering with them was one of the worst experience ever! The “manager” (Chris) assured me the next time would be better. So I trusted him. I tried again.....🤦🏻 Why? Because they credited me a pizza. I even decided to order extra food just because I wanted to be able to tip something for the driver. I believe in tipping and even more for late night delivery. I took out an over the top tip since I was not paying for the pizza, and sat myself by the door. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I still had no food at home. Very calmly I called and just asked, when will the pizza arrive? I was answered incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was told that the driver had tried numerous times to call me and rang my bell multiple times, and that they left the food outside 30 minutes ago,Yes in 38 degree weather. I walked outside and there it was, ready for me to fire up my oven and cook my food. Not only was it cold, but the wings, pizza and poppers where raw. Just like the reviews have claimed. I spoke to Chris and he was very surprised on why I was mad. I explained everything and he said “well my driver said he tried calling you and rang the bell” So I mentioned that we have multiple security cameras that shows me the driver, the drivers car, and every detail that goes on in front and both sides of our house including the rear in super high definition. In none of the cameras did the driver attempt anything to contact me in any matter. When I stated that, Then the story changed, now it’s protocol from papa johns to just leave the food out side and that if we want them to call or ring the bell, we should mention it while placing the order. After I mentioned the cameras the story changed. Unbelievable!!! It’s ok, it’s my fault anyways I should have just ordered from a place that dose not have so many bad and horrible reviews. “Better ingredients better pizza” yeah ok. Called to place an order for delivery. I talked to a man. By the time I gave him my order. My address. My number. My card information. He told me I was all set and will be there in 20 to 25 minutes. Ten minutes later my phone rang. It was now some young girl telling me that will not be making my order due to the store closing in 10 minutes. I was furious. Asked her why i was not told that when I originally placed the order?? All she could say (after a long pause of silence) was “I dunno”. So I proceed to then say, I will pick it up. She tells me the Order takes ten minutes to cook. So I said, “Ok great! Since you close in ten minutes that’s perfect timing. I’ll see you soon!” She then tells me…”nah we can’t do that for you either” Clearly they were lazy and refused to make another order and wanted to go home instead of making a sale beforehand. Very rude. Not at all invested in making their store profitable or have a good reputation due to the lack of work ethic and motivation. Will never go...

Ordered a 5 topping online for $15.49 online and the delivery was slated for 92 minutes. I called to change it to pick up which I have done plenty of times in past and they said 15 minutes. I said no problem. When I arrived, they told me the cost was $19.28 and I told him that it should only cost $16.49 and they said that the online promotion becomes null and void when you make a change at the store level. I told him that I literally order from Papa johns exactly 3 days a week and often make the change to pick up and never have that problem. He repeated the same thing, If my family wasn’t already starving, I would have left that food there and never looked back. My papa johns store has never done that. I called the store manager and I got the same response. I’m NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. I don’t take kindly to having money stolen from my pocket. I’m a disabled woman on a fixed income...
