Taco Bell — Restaurant in Spring Township

The dine in doors were locked before 7pm.

It took the order taker 7 minutes before he was ready to take my order or say anything on the drive thru speaker. Told him my name as I had to order from my app to use a digital gift card and didn't hear anything after that, so pulled up. The drive thru line took another 15 minutes from that speaker to the window and another almost 10 minutes before the food was handed out.

It's a 15 minute drive home. Get home. Both my Doritos loco tacos had basically nothing in them. Barely any meat, cheese or lettuce. The crunch wrap maybe has a dime size meat, gave that to the dog as there was nothing to eat really. My taco pizza has random pieces of lettuce throughout it. The chalupas were extremely old and not freshly fried, then it barely had meat and cheese but boy did it have tons and tons of lettuce.

I am extremely pissed that I wasted my gift card plus cash at this location for one of the most horrendous food I have ever had at taco bells for myself and my family.

I've worked at Taco Bell before so I know how things are supposed to look like. This is genuinely one of the dumbest things that's happened to me we ordered a combo that had chips and cheese and when I saw the cheese that was given to us my man immediately went up to the register to ask for another one. Don't let the cheese on the sides fool you, this wasn't even a SQUIRT of cheese they gave us. We already PAYED for this chips and cheese. The woman at the register tells us...if you want more you have to pay for another. So...just out of curiosity we bought the damn cheese and it's filled to the top. They clearly have cheese, the day just started. But for SOME reason we had to pay EXTRA for the proper amount of cheese that should have been given to us from the start… I know it's not that serious because it's CHEESE at the end of the day but I already payed for my meal, gave me not even half a squirt of cheese then proceed to charge me an extra 1.09 for the amount that should have been given to me in the FIRST place....

i have two different stories. My first ever time making an online order ever. I payed over $20 to get my girlfriend and I food. I got to her house and checked the bag and almost everything I bought for her was missing. (im bad with the menu) I got that Doritos taco, the fries with cheese, and cinnamon twists.
