Not Worth It! Went on a Friday night & stayed for a couple of hours, just to unwind & chill with my boo. We sat at the bar. The service was not great at all, very disappointing!! Took a while for us to be greated, order taken & served. My drink was not even filled to the lip of the cup; not even strong. I ended up ordering a pepsi for the rest of the night just because I knew that was what I was going to get more of anyway with a mixed drink. Food was decent. We had the bone-in wings; they were seasoned well. It was just the service. Lack luster unless you're a regular. Was it busy? Yes. But busy or not, the attention to customer service should always be there! Erin did what she could, but nothing to swoon over. Overall a little more attention to detail would have been nice and appreciated. Heather; horrible customer service & had an attitude the whole time we were there. Her "customer service" seemed very fake & forced. At one point my husband was speaking to the other customers seated next to us & she interjected herself. When he responded telling her he wasn't speaking to her, she said "well don't talk about me like that." Again, no one was talking about her nor talking to her. Hmm, maybe it was her conscious. Asking for change took forever, getting drinks refilled or placing new drink orders took forever. There was a raffle we bought tickets for. Our tickets weren't put in, but somehow the customers seated next to us who also bought tickets that were not put in also, won a raffle that was not called. (They were regulars). Interesting. The other raffle winners were their regular customers also. Interesting. Easy to sell & collect the money for it but not so easy to put them in. Intetesting. It's just overall sad & disappointing. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI sat in the same chair for 45-50 minutes. I was asked numerous times by the bartender if I was OK. I was. I appreciated the attentiveness. I had two beers. A tall and short Guiness. Towards the end of my stay a couple walked in and stood right next to me. The entire bar had plenty of seating. As the couple stood there they spoke to the bartender. From what I got from their conversation they asked the bartender to ask me to move so they could sit where I was sitting. The bartender said I could hear them. They didn't care. The bartender then asked "hey hun, do you mind moving seats". I instantly got up and asked for my bill. The lady of the couple acted like this was a normal thing to do. She came off as very entitled. The couple could have asked me themselves but they got the bartender to do their bidding. The couple, not once, spoke to me or acknowledged me. I'm leaving this negative review because the bartender prioritized them over myself. I'd been there for almost an hour with no problems. This situation felt systemic. Heather the bartender was super rude and acted like she didn't want to help us. We put music on the touch tunes and asked if she can turn it up, she just said āyahā and walked away, she came back to the bar area and didnāt turn it up. I asked her again nicely and she just walked over to her screen and turned it up a little. She didnāt ask us once if we wanted another drink, didnāt smile, didnāt interact nothing at all. We had 1 mixed drink each and both played the slots, we went to cash out and she says ā well you only put $15 in the machine but Iāll comp the drinkā mind you we only put $15 in because the machine wasnāt working!
