First off, I'll say the girl at the front was amazing and extremely kind. We ordered on the phone, she even read my order back to me before leaving so I am assuming the kitchen is where the issue lies. We were told 15-20 min and only had to wait a few minutes for them to get it together, so fast for sure
The restaurant was very clean. We used to frequent Joes weekly and was hoping for the same food after reading it was the same owner and rolls looked the same.
We called in Friday night 5/23 which was their grand opening. Not very busy. My kids loved the Alfredo. The lasagna tasted frozen, my son said the school lasagna was better, which shocked me.
The rolls were hard and stale, we didn't get the dipping oil it said it came with. This was very sad, we love the rolls.
My Genevise I couldn't even eat. I asked for fettuccine, because of personal issues I can not eat spaghetti noodles. So my meal was wasted. I was very disappointed to spend over $100 on food and only three of the six of us got to eat.

Sent one dish back and was schooled by a person who came to our table saying they have many restaurants and for 96 years they cooked the food the same. After several minutes of listening to this person, and no offer of removing the dish from our bill, we will Never go to this establishment again. We ever asked our server if the pasta was homemade and she said yes. They Do Not make fresh pasta. And I would bet the meatballs most likely were frozen. Think twice before stopping...
