Honestly one of the worst places to eat. Most staff are friendly but only the weekday morning staff. Weekends and night shift are horrible. It's like after happy hour all the worst people work. The food isn't fresh, it's old and soggy and gross. It's cold, nothing gets made right. I ordered a peach coke. They informed me they had no peach right now so I asked for mango with extra mango. Not to my surprise I was brought a water with mango instead. Iorder grilled chicken sandwiches and not liking tomato always ask for none. Most the time I end up getting one with tomato. When I bring these mistakes to the attention of management or employees I've been told sorry and nothing more. I've asked to speak to the general manager plenty of times but he's never there to talk when I'm there. I understand fast food buisness can be stressful but there's an unmistakable pattern to the bad food and messed up orders being taken out. Nothing is being changed about it and I personally never want to eat here again.
Update ! So I went back , it's 90 degrees outside and I wanted a blast. I hadn't even gotten my order out before the guy said "can't do that machines broke" . He didn't ask if I wanted anything else and went silent . I said never mind and decided not to order . Most of the time that I try to get ice cream their machine is broken . I showed up about 35 minutes before close, which I fully take into account as i know that always effects places quality I dont mind usually. They had a few other cars though and I was like okay there will be a wait. I press the button and it takes 15 minutes before I get greeted and I started to order but she kept interrupting me and then before I can continue to correct her and order she tells me my total with the still messed up order and hangs up before I can say anything. I finish the order but it was still entirely incorrect. And before I can ask one more time for there to be no onions or lettuce or whatever she hangs up, again. I click the button again and wait and wait. Someone comes back I try and correct it again, it seems like it's fixed so I pay. She comes out with my food like 25 minutes after close, so I've been here an hour, I dont get my shake and my meals are messed up. I got my shake after askong but left with the messed up food.
