Wrote an email to email address on bottom of receipt. Received no answer. See below for email. Will not return.
When I arrived at the store, the in-store music was blaring so loud, that I could not hear the attendant or employee talking to me, and had to have them repeat themselves. It was like I was at a concert or at a nightclub venue.
My order was not ready on time. I did not receive an email or phone call or notification on the app that my order was not ready or would be delayed before I arrived at the store.
When I arrived at the store. My order was not packaged and ready to be picked up at the order site area where pick up orders are stationed. This was over 30 minutes after placing my order in the app.
I also discovered that the chocolate chip cookies that I had ordered, that showed available on the app for your store at Old Wire Road were not available and had to be substituted. In short,I had a terrible experience with your store and company. I am not wanting a refund or money from you. I want you to do better in the future. these problems need to be fixed as I am a regular customer at this store and I have noticed the customer service has been going downhill for a couple of years. Update: It's 1/10/23 and the male employee working behind the counter was rude to the point of being aggressive with his mannerisms and his tone. He threw some bread on the counter without even asking me what I wanted and then stated very rudely, "what do you want". I get that the job is hard and customers can be awful. I don't expect the workers to be friendly, but this guy was absolutely awful. He did go from being aggressively rude to just rude once my 6'3" husband stood next to me. I would have just walked out if the lady working beside him hadn't been there. She was professional and appropriate and it was much appreciated. I won't risk being treated like this again though. I will NEVER go back to this location. It's a shame because I used to come here several times a week and the employees were great....
Read moreI try to give most places the benefit of the doubt but this subway was gross. They can't do much about a leaking roof so I don't really hold that against them(we've had really bad storms recently). But that is the only pass they get on cleanliness. I had to clean my own table to be able to sit an eat. Speaking of eating, apparently there is no more customization when it comes to sandwiches since they are a failing business model they will upcharge for everything. Finally landing on the staff, between the young lady that could hardly be heard and the loud, disrespectful elderly woman, they have both decibel extremes covered. At the end of the day it is a subway so I know I shouldn't expect much, but dear lord this is the worst subway I have ever had the unfortunate luck to go...
