Subway — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

Made fresh...well it maybe made fresh but your topping are anything but fresh!

Subway used to be the place to go with their foot long subs. Over the years their quality as well as their meat keeps shrinking ...but their prices keep rising.

I have visited several subways over the past 3 months to be sure when I review, I do so honestly, fairly and according to what they promise on their commercials.

Their subs do not look like they do on the menu, the commercials or the pictures hanging on the windows.

First subway needs to clean, clean up, clean the tables,floors and the food line where the veggies and meat are kept.

One of the subways I visited ran out of white, Italian herb, 12 grain bread bu 1 PM. Why? Not because they were busy, but because no one wanted to make the bread. How do I know this? The manager told all the customers waiting in line all about how lazy her workers are. And she was right 8 people in line and 2 workers decided to sit on some mayo tubes in plain sight. And refused to help.

Second subway, every table was filthy and it was 11 am and no customers in the store. The floors had lettuce and bread on it. Rotten tomatoes, brown lettuce and spoiling onions that were transparent and slimy.

Managers don't care, employees are dirty, sweaty and have attitudes. The DM "Chuck" clearly doesn't enjoy his job or his customers or reputation. After bringing this to his attention all he could offer me was, " well don't get those toppings on your sub then." Or how about...I don't pay for my sub, and just walk out letting you holding that foot long 5 meat sliced green Turkey sub with rotten veggies there "Chuck."

Over and over it is the same. Attitude problems, old spoiled and or rotten veggies and 4-6 super thin slices of semi good meat. Mostly bread empty subs for $7-9.

Bathrooms gross, dirty tables, dirty food prep areas, dirty windows and floors.

No thank you, I can see why subways are closing. You need a overhaul from Management on down. York, Pa. Subways in East York, Queen street shopping plaza, Kingston shopping plaza and Windsor Commons shopping plaza...Neef help, or a health inspector. Epic Fail Subway. You need to improve Subway reviewed...

The customer service at this subway location is one of thee best I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The owner/ manager is very nice and very professional which is why I gave them 5 stars and would have given them more! Restaurant is clean. One reviewer stated they stink but you would have to be right up on them to say something so mean. The kids that worked there before always had their hair hanging in their face. I had to remind the one kid to put gloves on. The new owners keep their hair short, no hair on face, change gloves often very clean. Bathroom is clean, wraps and subs are good. This subway gets...

Would give a ZERO if possible! This WAS our favorite spot, buy no more. Phoned order in, arrived to pick up, staff said "Oh, we've been TOO BUSY to make your order, go wait at table!".

Waited in vehicle to give more space for eat in customers. Waited another THIRTY minutes, returned inside to be told, "Oh, we're too BUSY to make your order!" HUH? WHAT?

Forty five minutes AFTER I had originally placed the TO GO order!! Sprained ankle and couldn't stand THAT long!! Why was our order NOT prepared IMMEDIATELY after I first made it??

Do NOT PLACE TOGO ORDERS AT THIS LOCATION, THEY'RE TOO BUSY TO MAKE YOUR SUBS!!
