Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Springfield

Just took my wife and girls for an evening treat. Ice cream was delicious, but service not so much. We arrived 10 mins before close and were promptly told at 9pm that they were closing... which meant it was time for us to go. We were in the middle of enjoying our treats at the time. I asked politely if we could stay to finish, and the gal said she'd give us 5 more mins in a very abrupt and rude manner. I also heard her say they were closing at 9 when another couple showed up just beforehand. Come on BR... your business product is a pleasant customer experience just as much as it is ice cream. Good ice cream and sometimes friendly service. (Sometimes the workers act as if you’re an inconvenience when you make you’re order) The teenage girls working this store seem more interested in their cell phones rather than their work. Management has signs all over the store that literally say “ No cell phones. Am I clear?” or “ You are not allowed to have your phone while at work” Meanwhile the teenage workers are sitting on the counters texting or glued to their cellphones. 5 minutes to close an employee came rushing out and locked the door. So I decided I would go through the drive-thru. After waiting there for several minutes they finally decided to take my order, which I was thankful for, unfortunately when I got it it was wrong and they were closed so there was nothing I could do about it.
