A local coffee shop that's been a fixture in Springfield for over 20 years, this particular location is the newly built third shop. Their coffee and lattes are delicious, both hot and cold. They also make smoothies and sparkling energy drinks. What makes Grab a Java a step above the rest is the baristas, everyone of them are great at what they do, and they do it in a friendly and personable way. AWESOME STAFF!! My wife and I are "regulars" at the 3115 Hedley Rd, Springfield, IL location, and those morning girls have it going on! All they gotta do is see us in line and they will have our coffees READY BEFORE we get to the window because those girls remember their customers, and what they like.
