I just had a horrible experience today . I have been going to a few dispensaries for over 3 years now . Even some brand new ones that just opened and I will say I have never experienced a wait time that was over 20 mins except at this place today . Not only that , I then decided to make an online order since they were taking so long with walk-ins. When I walked into the building there were customers being given the wrong order and items in their bag . When I got to checkout my online order said for an eighth and ONE quarter the total would be 60.60. Usually when I make an online order at other dispensaries I have always come in and the price online usually reflects in store , here at this dispensary I guess they’re false advertising because when she asked if I wanted to sign up to their loyalty program I declined , the cashier then told me that my price would be 110 dollars for just and EIGTH AND A QUARTER she said that the price online was with the 50 percent discount their providing which never stated online anywhere on their website . At this point I feel like they’re bullying customers into their loyalty program and if a customer declines that’s when they pull the random bullcrap of hiking your transaction up and quoting their irrelevant 50 percent off . This will be my second and final time coming to Embr , my first experience was not like this at all ! I was there previously two weeks ago and I made a order online and was not given a hard time about it with all this extra 50 percent and loyalty program . Upon entering I wasn’t greeted either and almost fell on a big chunk of black ice they had on the sidewalk heading towards the building entrance . I told the greeter that I almost fell which she then told me yeah we don’t have any salt . I’m not usually one to write reviews at all but with this experience today I couldn’t just let it be...

What a wild first (and last) experience. First off, ditto on the comment about the front desk receptionist greeting people differently. As he directed me which line to go, he kept touching me…. awkward. EMBR is claiming to be running a “50% off special on all products for a limited time. I pre-ordered 2 1/8ths - menu price was $35/1/8th. At checkout my total came up to $24 for the 2 1/8ths, so I added 2 more 1/8ths (same kind of flower) which jacked my total up to something like $168. 2 employees couldn’t figure it out, so I had the displeasure of meeting Mike… a pompous, arrogant, thing. Laughed and said the girl rang me up for 2 pre rolls instead of 2 1/8ths and of course I was going to add more product…. Like I was trying to cheat the store. I just thought it was their so called specials. I then asked why the 2 $35 1/8ths didn’t come up 50% off. He told me that $35 was half price. Baby turtle by Khalifa is $35/40 max at other locations. You’re trying to tell me you’re charging people $70 an 1/8th. He said yes. That’s what it goes for (not even including taxes). I hope there’s competition close by soon enough as there’s a dispensary on literally every single corner. There’s nothing special...
