I went through the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink I was the only car there I asked to have my food fresh out of the grease. Within 2 minutes my food was handed to me i asked the cashier if it was fresh and she said yes I then checked my food as the fries were cold soft and soggy and the chicken sandwich was cold I told her that it wasn’t fresh she so apparently brings it the person that cooks the food and fixes another one the cook hands it to me out the window without it being in a bag saying that It was freshly made the fries were still soggy probably the same fries probably just dipped it the grease for 10 seconds. She had an attitude saying what’s the problem now. I don’t like to argue with people that’s fixing my food but if you argue back and for with customers just for wanting fresh food you don’t need to work in customer service it was the Worst Popeyes ever, ghetto at its finest. The customer service was horrible the cashier and cook had an attitude and needs to find another job maybe pet sitting or something. Read moreMy trip to this restaurant was an absolute mess. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line, only to find out they forgot half my order. Had to go inside and tell them, so by the time I got the stuff they forgot the other half of what I ordered had gotten cold. They were also out of some of the stuff i had ordered for some reason. When I was inside waiting for the stuff they forgot I noticed the staff had no idea what they were doing, and didn’t really care about the customers. They could only handle doing one order at a time. Literally. They would take an order, and go and make it and give it to them before they would take another persons order. All while the manager is sitting at a table eating, watching all this happen. But I’m sure she didn’t care cause I bet her food was hot, fresh, and correct. One guy had to come in like me from the drive thru cause they gave him someone else’s order. Another lady told me it was her first time here and it would be her last, and I agree with her. You guy really need to get new employees that know what they’re doing, or send someone in that can properly train these employees. I would never want to return to this place. Read moreCan I give this zero stars? I placed an order via mobile app. The order was fairly large. I got to the restaurant and they had my order, or so they thought. They hand me a little bag and walked away. I stood there for a few minutes and I had to ask loudly where the rest of my order was. The male worker told me it was all there. I opened the bag and went through what was missing. I asked where this was, where that was, etc… and he told me they were either out of it or they don’t carry it. So what did they expect me to do, not give me the things I ordered and think I wouldn’t notice? He told me he threw in an apple pie for my trouble. But I ordered an apple Pie anyway, so he wasn’t doing me any favors. He told me he couldn’t credit me, that I had to call corporate, which I did. All it takes is to read. Read!
