Casey's — Restaurant in Springfield

Visiting from out of town and stopped by to try and buy cigarettes. Was told that because my ID is not a drivers license and from out of state they can not sell to me. can you guys get competent people to run the registers the lady at the register makes a huge line every morning because she cannot read the screen. It takes her 10 minutes per customer. I wish I was exaggerating. It is so ridiculous a gas station should be in and out. Pay at the pump is screwed up , the dopey thing kept asking for membership card number ( I'm not a member ) and declining the transaction since I wouldn't enter my phone number .
