When this place first opened their pizza was awesome. Generous toppings and the pizza tasted really good. Their delivery drivers have always been great too...always friendly and prompt. However, the past few times we have tried them, their quality has gone downhill The pizza doesn't taste as good and they have gotten skimpy on their toppings which seems to happen with a lot of Pizza Huts. They also have gotten two delivery orders wrong. One was they forgot to include the pasta dish i ordered and the second was when I ordered two pizzas, they made two of the exact same thing and the manager (when I called back) basically admitted she was training someone and rushed through the order (that I had submitted on line) and didn't pay attention and they just made two of the same thing. She did give me a $25 credit. However, later when I tried to cash it in... the manager working that day took my whole order and then told me I had to come pick it up. It could not be delivered. I was even willing to pay the delivery fee but she said I had to spend at least $10 before they would deliver it. I thought that was ridiculous because they screwed up two of my delivery orders so shouldn't they make it right by delivering a correct order?? I had made up my mind once we used the credit that we would no longer be a customer of this location. However, when I called in my order today, I spoke with a gentleman named Sean who works there and he was very honest and forthright and took responsibility on behalf of his store even though none of the prior things that happened were his fault. Because of that, I will give them another chance and he helped to save a customer. Hopefully, they will do what they need to do to get their orders correct and to go back to making great pizza again to save...

Granted the weather was a bit nasty out but not enough to close the store. i waited almost 4 hrs for my pizza and live 2miles away if that. called twice and both times was told it will be this much longer. asked for a free cookie or something cuz they didnt offer anything and was told it will an additional hr on top of the 3 i am already wating. so asked for 2 free 2 liters instead they said ok. well 10mins shy of 4 hrs and my pizza shows up, cold, crust flacky, honestly didnt even look good or smell like pizza i couldnt even eat it i was so upset and my kids were even saying it wasnt good and complaining it was cold. And on top of that they didnt bring the 2 free 2 liters they promised. i paid $50 for cold pizza that took 4hrs even called customer service just 2 have them transfer my call back 2 the store who originally took my online order. I am NOT Happy i know this is a new store but i would never order frm them again. They supposedly gave me $15 credit but i am so not impressed with thier service or thier customer care. Read morePut my orded through the Pizza Hut APP. I did the Create your own w/5 Toppings. For the meat I ordered Canadian bacon then 4 veggie toppings. WELL, I got Pepperoni instead & it makes me sick when I eat pepperonis. I have never been able to eat it. my body fights it for some reason. I called & spoke to a manager. Not only did I get the Wrong meat. The pizza wasn't even Cut into slices. I also ordered some dipping sauces & didn't get them either. Manger told me She would Credit my Pizza Hut account. Well haven't Seen that Either on the App. IDK? It wouldn't be that big of a deal Except This was the 2nd time ordering 2 times from this Chestnut Store they have gotten my order wrong both times.
