If I could give this store a -100 STARS I would Terrible terrible customer service Very very bad attitudes Don’t want to work ALWAYS TURNS OFF ONLINE ORDERS!!!! and don’t want to make bread if out by 4pm so they have nothing don’t want to de-thaw meatballs or red sauce says they don’t have any hot they say it’s in the cooler even when we are willing to wait?! At 4pm half American hasn't even eaten dinner yet 2 hours before they close they rather tell you they are out of tomato’s instead of having to take a lid off a new tub Didn’t even get my order correct tonight for the hundredth time After they argued with me for 30 minutes over a different new sandwich ended up giving me the one they told me I could not have. I called to tell them that I did not receive the sandwich that was laying on the table. They said they put in the bag. Their response was cuss words I have The recording, if nobody wants to do anything about how we were treated upon this consistently time and time again with the night crew at this subway, then I will turn the recording into the Better Business Bureau Employees or managers or even corporate you need to train your employees to make a sandwich not a hot dog period. Read moreJust ordered subway through Doordash and they doordash did perfect, I ordered 2 sandwiches one 6 inch and one footlong and they were flip flopped so mine was a footlong instead of a 6 inch and my bf's was a 6 inch. And on top of that they switched the meat too so the wrong meat was on the wrong sandwich and mine was all off they just put random stuff on it. I like to hope maybe they were just close to closing and having a bad night or honestly got it messed up and I will update tmrw on how they handle this bc they're currently closed.
