I wanted to express to you the lack of customer service we received from your employee named jennifer. She was very disgusting with her foul mouth and cuss words. We ordered 2 overstuffed box lunches today and when we picked them up was unsatisfied. We have ordered the overstuffed subs before and felt they were not overstuffed so when we questioned your employee jennifer she stated they are kid subs and the picture on the internet menu isnt correct. We began to question this and she instantly became defensive and when we asked for our money back and refused the subs she began cussing and tossed the money on the floor. She was asked to pick it up and she refused several times before she did finally pick it up and hand it to my boyfriend. After he came outside i went in and asked for a manager number where she started to cuss at me...not even knowing if i was with him....as i was on the phone with him the whole time he was in your store. Very unprofessional trashy mouth service for this lady to treat her customer the way she did. I want to let you know what happens when management isnt in and how something so small turned into something so unnecessary. She falsly identified herself as bob but when i asked the man working he stated her name was jennifer and stated that was his daughter. I just want to express how this service has lead us to never wanting to eat at your establishment again and will be reporting your company to the bbb and yelp reviews so others are aware of the service they will receive if not satisfied with an order.    Read moreWe've been regular customers of Catanzaros for a few years, so I will say that our experience this past Friday night was out of the norm ... but it was bad. We placed an order at 6pm and we're told it would be a 40 minute wait. I arrived at 6:40 and saw 14 people in the lobby waiting for food. There didn't seem to be a line, I wasn't sure whether I should check in, and none of the staff were directing any of the patrons or letting us know what was happening. People kept coming in to pick up orders but almost nothing was coming out of the kitchen. After waiting for another 30 minutes and only seeing two orders get fulfilled and not even having an opportunity to tell a staff member I was there, I finally just left. I was already going to be late for a dinner function and would be showing up without food now. I couldn't even find a staff member to tell that I wanted to just cancel my order. After an hour and a half of waiting (we were told 30 minutes), Don and our pick up person FINALLY realized they were missing communicating on the name and our order had been done long prior. Instead of simply apologizing and trying to do what they could, Don actually accused US of being in the wrong. I did call to see what was going on and why they wouldnât even attempt to make a difference about the miscommunication and was told that our service wasnât welcome if we would be this âdifficultâ.
