This was our last attempt before giving up on the place, and left disappointed again, the food is way too spendy to be tasting this bad, and not even coming out warm. But that could also be because it sits in the window forever waiting for the rest of the food to come out before coming to the table. And then sits even longer waiting for a server to come get it. We got our appetizers before our drinks which were just sodas and the wait on the soda was quite long after the appetizer. And the appetizer which was cheese curds was not good, there was not one single fully formed cheese curd, it came out in a pile of half melted gooey greasy mess. After 30 plus mins we finally got our food which at best was barely warm. My husband and I shared a mighty Quinn’s with tots, I used to crave this sandwich with Cajun tots, but this time the tots were cold and hard, and the sandwich was also cold and did not taste good at all. My husband ordered a side salad to have before the food and it did not come out until after all of our food was at the table, it was actually the last thing brought out. My sons“buttery noodles” off the kids menu were undercooked noodles with no seasoning and some melted butter at the bottom of the bowl, I took one bite and immediately spit it back out. No wonder he didn’t even eat one bite. I tried my daughters Mac and cheese, which was the adult Mac and cheese and again no flavor and was barely warm she ate maybe 5-6 bites and then was done. I’m really sad this place has gotten so expensive and the food is not matching the price increase. We used to eat at the other locations and even when it has been a longer wait from being packed the food and service was ALWAYS good and we always took home left overs. Springfield location is not it. And we even gave it a second chance. But now will...
Read moreOkay. It's about time I finally write a review for this place, as they have never ever let me down.
I am a vegetarian, my husband is not. We both agree that this place is one of our favorites in terms of taste, service, and options. For those complaining about price- why not compliment the quality? If you don't like a 20 dollar burger, seek out their specials. I've always had smiling, friendly faces when being served and the food has always been top notch. (P.s. if you like a crazy good and addictive seasoned fry... Cajun fries, chipotle ranch. 'Nuff said.) I am happy that I am able to substitute a veggie patty for any burger, because I enjoy variety, but honestly, my favorite burger so far is the Angie's original. (Seriously... i need your recipe, or at least the secret to binding your burgers together. Egg..?)
Anyway, I'd like to think we are regulars now. We enjoy the happy TV, the servers and their attentiveness and friendliness, and the great and consistent quality of food. We even elected to have a family wedding dinner there because our family loves it too. Thank you, Cornucopia! Please keep doing your thing. We appreciate you all, cooks...

Abysmal for the price point and covid response is a joke. I had a burger that could have been formed and cooked better by a sleeping toddler, low quality meat and workers were just as bad. Left a note on the tip section that was loudly oppinionated and scoffed at by the servers instead of trying to make the situation better, which is there job. Don't dine here or at any of the other locations.
Update: re;response.
I'm not going anywhere that scoffs at a customer for trying to leave a constructive note and stoop so low as to make a scene in the front of house where my family and many others were present. As a trained line cook i love constructive criticism. And have been sought out by YOUR company to work on your line before. I will not return as your employees represent a disgusting side of food service where they think they are above public opinions and some lords of the flattops because you got in some magazine. Also, can't help but noticing the food poisoning post that your "amazing chefs" churn out, 1 (one) star reviews and your responses saying every instance is a "fluke" event. BTW, fluke are very common fish....
