I had the most amazing experience at this charming little potter shop! Not only were the prices surprisingly affordable, but the quality of the products was outstanding. What really made the visit unforgettable, though, was Bee. From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with warmth and wisdom that felt almost magical. She was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the pieces with genuine care and insight.

Bee seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for—even when I couldn’t quite explain it myself. Her eye for detail and her passion for pottery brought everything together in a way that made my long-held, somewhat dated dreams come true. The vibe of the shop is absolutely immaculate—calm, inspiring, and full of character—and the products reflect that same energy. Each piece feels like it has a story.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and had just found it. I noticed it expired 4 days prior so I thought I’d call and see if they could make an exception. Priscilla let me know, they will not accept it because they don’t make any money on gift certificates purchased from sweet deals. I let her know it was a gift so I don’t know how much was spent on it and that I was planning on coming in with friends and spending more and her exact words were “they are pretty cheap, like $10, so again we don’t budge on this”. Her response was callous, telling me how “cheap” my gift was is unprofessional and just disappointing coming from a woman owned...

I took my partner here for date night. It's a cute shop, the worker there suggested some nice couple ideas and themes. We were happy with the help as there was so much too choose from, not to mention we don't like decor that isn't somewhat functional.

My partner and I got to paint each side of a shark with a wide mouth. We use it to hold all the loose change we accumulate. My partner loves functional decor so this was definitely a date night win, thank you Made By You and a special thanks to Bee who helped us!
