I get coffee at this location on a daily basis, sometimes twice a day. I usually have a great experience at this location, however this morning a gal working there straight up lied to me. The gal walked up to my car while I was waiting in line, I ordered my usual drink, she scanned my app and then told me the total was $6.25. I paused for a moment and asked why the price had changed when just last week it was $5.25…. Remember I come here daily so I am familiar with the price I pay. She told me it was due to a price increase. I even pulled up my bank statement and showed her the price I was paying last week. She did NOT ask if I wanted to leave a tip! When I pulled up to the window I asked the gentleman working if there had been a price increase on my drink. He said no. I asked him to check if a tip had been added to my order. He said yes. I told him I didn’t authorize that tip and that the gal didn’t even ask if I wanted to leave a tip. So not only did that gal straight up LIE to a customer’s face, she also attempted to STEAL money from a customer. It was only $1.00, HOWEVER it’s the principle of it. You don’t lie and you don’t steal. I can’t help but wonder how many other customers she has been doing this to! The gentleman at the window was very kind and understanding towards me and even refunded me back for the entire drink, instead of just refunding the $1.00 that was an unauthorized charge… HOWEVER he also took away the 31 points that I had initially earned from buying that drink which wasn’t right considering THEIR employee is who added the unauthorized...
Read moreI am INCREDIBLY disappointed with this location. I went here yesterday with my family for my birthday and not only did they get my order wrong twice and still have it wrong on the third try but they never acknowledged that is was my birthday even though I excitedly told them it was my birthday and the lady working the window who kept saying “wicked” after everything I said was rude. I gave up trying to have them get it right after the third try because it seemed pointless. If they couldn’t do it right the first 3 times then there is no point in wasting drinks to try for a fourth that they would likely get wrong and have to dump out again. I look forward to going to Dutch on my birthday every year because they always make me feel so special decorating the lid with sprinkles and Happy Birthday written on the top or even just saying Happy Birthday. Instead I got no recognition, the wrong drink 3 times, and a rude worker who started my day off bad. I’m not trying to be a stickler but it was incredibly disappointing. I wish I would’ve saved my free drink for a location that would have done a better job. Also it’s not like I only got my free drink. We also purchased 4 additional drinks two of which they also got wrong but we didn’t have them correct those because we would’ve been there all day. Read moreIts the closest dutch to where I live and I go here every so often, but I usually opt for going somewhere closer to where I work because it seems like every other time I come here they always give me a bad attitude. Ive had good experiences yes, but thats always in the mornings. Once it hits after Im off work I refuse to go here because of that shifts attitude. I tried going there tonight after the gym for a quick snack and saw someone in line so I thought okay it must not be closed yet, and i wanted a small rebel and a granola bar i just didnt know which flavor (i always choose a dragon slayer if they seem impatient) and in the middle of my sentence the blonde female there (she always seems to have an iffy attitude everytime i come) cut me off and told me to goto the mohawk location because theyre closing soon and the mohawk one is open 24/7... I didnt hear her at first since I was literally midsentence and asked her to repeat that and she did annoyedly, so I just replied friendly and went home because Im not driving all that way for a granola bar and a small drink. I understand not wanting customers close to shiftend Ive done my fair share of customer service, but you were already serving someone else, but another person is a hassle?
