They have delivered to us NUMEROUS times, and my wife just called and placed an order for her and our two kids and it was supposed to be here at 630ish(approximately 45 mins from time ordered) at 620 she received a call from them that they were not going to be delivering our order to us because we are out of their delivery range(then why tf did they take our order in the first place?!), however just last week they delivered literally to across the street from us. This happened a few months back as well and didnt think much of it because the next time we called the person taking the order said that we cannot order online however if we call the order in that it would not be an issue because we are technically closer than the houses across the street from us that it was a glitch in their system. I just think its ridiculous that they did not tell us they werent going to deliver this time until we waited for 35 mins, thinking my children's dinner would be arriving at anytime, now here we are, 30 mins before their bedtime, and on a schoolnight, scrambling to figure out what we are going to feed our kids that is quick and easy. I wouldnt complain however i feel like its ridiculous that they pick and choose when they are going to deliver to us...AND WE TIP A MINIMUM OF $5 SOMETIMES AS MUCH AS $10 ON SOME MEDIOCRE AT BEST PIZZA WHEN OUR TOTAL IS USUALLY ONLY AROUND $20!

Read moreAfter the online order I noticed that there was a snippet on the Dominos site about how Dominos is giving a free gift. Naturally I glossed right over that snippet, assuming it to be the click-bait we are seeing more of online. The meal arrived and before I tell you about how they sent a gift consisting of an additional unexpected order of chicken, let me tell you about the pizza. Now I am over half-a-century old and have consumed a lot of pizzas in my life. I'm pretty sure that this is something new that one of the employees has endeavored to do on his or her own because that pizza was above-and-beyond any I can remember having. It could be that I finally ordered the pizza the correct way, so let me pass it on, this applies to the $5.00 pizza: 1.)There are three choices for crust, choose the bottom choice. 2.)Choose extra (or maybe it was double) pepperoni. 3.)Choose the default sauce but choose extra on that too (or maybe it was double). 4.)I don't recall ordering extra cheese but it appeared that there was a generous helping of cheese. The pizza was outrageously perfect, not dry and not a piece of cardboard and not oily with substances dripping out of it. Real great-tasting sauce and the extra (or double) pepperoni or maybe it was the crust...SOMETHING made that pizza! Enough said. When I'm hungry dominoes is the only...

Then wont refund anything, and charged us a delivery fee when we picked it up... Then we call the store the following morning to complain because THE NIGHT SHIFT IS A JOKE, and LISA supposedly credited me 20 dollars which btw i spent 21.95 but whatever no big deal, call tonight at 630 spoke to a female, she told me to handle it tomorrow then and hung up on me. Called back, a male answered and i told him what happened and he hung up. Called AGAIN and after several ignored phone calls I spoke to a male manager of the store who continued to tell me i had no credit, hung up on me and then told me he wasnt allowed to tell me any of the people i spoke to so i could call back tomorrow and complain... Used to order from them alot.. Not anymore its just a joke and they employee terrible rude people on their might shift who continously ignored and hung up the...
