Would be a 5 start if they would open up the inside for customers to see what they like, the drive thru is usually so long you dont have time to wait. Called them and told the owner has to make that decision. Could it be the owner don't want to pay extra for more help. Until they open up ill go to Helen's donuts in Greenbrier for i can see what I like. Wake up palace. They are still not open inside.
They have been closed for inside sales for over a year, I'm sure others like me would like to see what they have instead of guessing by looking at the menu board which is not correct. It's important to see the oroduct that you want to purchase. Have been you several times we are going to open next month that was 7 months ago. Very frustrating dealing with these people. Hate driving to Greenbrier to get donuts as good or better then the palace. Hopefully they will get their act together a d run a better...

The owners, who are from Cambodia, are the friendliest, kindest people you would ever want to meet. Sometimes, I go by and purchase doughnuts just to give out to people.
