Donut Palace — Restaurant in Springfield

Would be a 5 start if they would open up the inside for customers to see what they like, the drive thru is usually so long you dont have time to wait. Called them and told the owner has to make that decision. Could it be the owner don't want to pay extra for more help. Until they open up ill go to Helen's donuts in Greenbrier for i can see what I like. Wake up palace. They are still not open inside.

They have been closed for inside sales for over a year, I'm sure others like me would like to see what they have instead of guessing by looking at the menu board which is not correct. It's important to see the oroduct that you want to purchase. Have been you several times we are going to open next month that was 7 months ago. Very frustrating dealing with these people. Hate driving to Greenbrier to get donuts as good or better then the palace. Hopefully they will get their act together a d run a better...

The Donut Palace is one of the best food establishments in Springfield. The food is always good. The apple fritters are my favorite item on the menu closely followed by the donut holes! The owners, who are from Cambodia, are the friendliest, kindest people you would ever want to meet. Sometimes, I go by and purchase doughnuts just to give out to people. They open early and close by 3pm. There is a drive-through. They also serve drinks and breakfast sandwiches. There is a small dining room available for sit-down service. Service is fast and the flavor of the pastries is second to none...

No other donut place, such the the mass produced Dunkin, compares to this jewel of a donut place in or near Springfield. They have the best fluffy donuts. Little puffy clouds of nom, nom, nom 🙂. We’ve been frequenting here for several years; they make consistently awesome donuts. Glazed, chocolate icing or white icing topped with coconut or sprinkles, old fashioned, twists glazed or rolled in sugar and cinnamon, danishes - cream cheese and two other flavors just to name a few.
