First, green hill has an amazing cat room that you can spend time with the kittys as long as youd like for free, by appointment. I Called the cat lounge, excited to see if a child(7) accompanied by 2 parents would be allowed in the cat lounge. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude before I asked my question. Once I asked she said "would you call the movies and ask if they'd let a child in a R rated movie?" I said an R rated movie could have inappropriate content, this is cats. She continued to say everyone always calls to see if they'd make exceptions(I wasn't asking for an exeption, i wanted clarification) and if she did it for my child she'd have to do it for everyone. I said that is a fair response and I understand but being rude and bringing up an R rated movie as an example to justify your poor customer service is completely irrelevant and the attitude is unnecessary the whole conversation was unprofessional from the beginning. The bold out right rudeness makes me believe it was an owner or manager who answered. It would have been perfectly fine to say "unfortunately, no, the children need to be at least 8 years old no matter how many parents are present" If this is how they run their business you won't see me there and I will not recommend this place either.

The business owner has has a rude and prejudiced demeanor that she makes no effort to hide on the phone. POC friends of mine have experienced odd comments and inappropriate situations. The constant rotation of staff speaks for itself even if you have had a good experience. If a business can't hold staff it does not reflect well on the owner.
When I went, many cats were sick and I overheard employees discussing it even though it was not disclosed to me as a client. I was scared I would get my own cat at home sick.
I would not be surprised to see this business go under as soon as the novelty wears off and enough people endure unsettling phone calls.

I got the cutest vid a kitten not sure what their name was but if u listen closely u can hear the lil baby sniff the camera and purr, but also my mom and grandma were talking in the background about how we are on a 2 week vacay and if we brought back a lil one our kittyos at home would be "outraged" lol. My mom said in the vid "you've been gone so long and you come back with THIS" like what our cats would say.
