I had a coupon for a $7.99 Footlong. Their toaster stopped working on the customer ahead of me so they were also unable to toast my Sub. (I had to toast it at home). When I was having the sandwich built and asking for veggies on my Sub I requested extra Jalapenos. The woman making my sandwich began adding them as I had requested, however her Co-worker(most likely her lead or shift manager) looked at my sandwich and said. "That is way too many Jalapenos, you need to take some off". So she pulled about half of them off of my Sub! I was like are you kidding me, how are you going to skimp me on Jalapenos? She said that technically they are only allowed to put 6, I repeat...6 jalapenos on a Footlong. She also mentioned that since I was using a coupon they couldn't add any more. I had been using the app lately because of the deals and points. But my sandwiches have been really light and mostly bread when I order them online and cannot basically supervise the person building my Sub to ensure they add the right amount of ingredients I prefer. I assumed that if I went in there in person I could get a sandwich that had some weight and not be lacking in the ingredients I want. I know how to use the app( I request "More" when I want extra. Read moreArrived several minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The order wasn’t ready. The employee said it would take another 5 to 10 minutes. There were only two other customers in the store. The employee was talking and laughing while working, which turned out to be a phone call she stayed on the entire time.
After 20 minutes, she finally said we could grab our chips and drinks while she was still wrapping the sandwiches, using four sheets of paper for each one. The bottled Starry I ordered wasn’t available. She said to take any bottled drink or a fountain drink instead. The Fanta came out clear. I dumped it and tried Sprite, which was just carbonated water. Ended up grabbing a bottled Mountain Dew instead.
Got home and opened the sandwiches. Both were missing ingredients. My deluxe turkey sandwich had only four slices of turkey, no olives, no extra pickles. My partner’s sandwich was missing olives, tomatoes, and pickles.
The entire process was a mess from start to finish. The order wasn’t ready, the drinks weren’t working, the sandwiches weren’t made correctly, and the only person working never got off the phone. Definitely not returning to...
Read moreI work very close to Subway on Centennial and I have ordered on several occasions becuase they are so close to where I work. I order it online so it will be ready for pickup when I get my 30 minute lumch break. They have messed up my order almost ever time. I ordered a chicken salad on 12/8/2023 and it was totally wrong I requested lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoe, olives, pickles and I got no lettuce, olives, pickles and they put peppers on it which I did not request. The last couple of times when I have ordered for some of my coworkers they messed it all up as well. I will no longer order or recommend the Centennial subway. I have given them multiple time to get it right and they can't seem to. I have complained to the manager and nothing ever gets done and I don't have time to take it back becuase I only have a 30...
