This was our first visit and definitely won't be the last? The iced mocha I got had very good flavor and was well blended. I also had the breakfast sandwich. I was a little apprehensive about avocado in it, but our family believes in trying new food the way the chef thinks it is best. In this case, I completely agreed. My sandwich had an even blend of flavors that was quite pleasant. My eggs were cooked perfectly for a sandwich. Beyond medium enough to be mostly solid without being over cooked and dry and soft enough to hold shape and not be runny. We were very pleased with the knowledge that this company utilizes supplies from and supports other local merchants. During my meal, I recognize their use of Askinosie chocolate, Memory Lane milk, and they note usually local fresh eggs. It's great to see local merchants supporting each other. This was a win in our opinion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Eurasia Coffee in Springfield, MO has a really cool vibe—plenty of space to work or hang out with groups of different sizes, and a good menu to match. The staff and coffee are top-notch, and they make you feel welcome right away. That said, the facilities could use a little attention: the urinal in the men’s bathroom was out of order, the power outlets under the bench seating weren’t working, and unfortunately, I saw two mice run through the space while sitting there for about 20 minutes. My Cortado was average but still enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great spot with a fantastic atmosphere and friendly team, but a few maintenance issues keep it from being perfect.

This casual cafè is ideally located for those staying in the Culture Boutique Hotel. With the suites above, it’s convenient to come downstairs for a delicious meal or to grab a snack to take back to the room. However it’s also a popular spot to pop by and grab a cup of coffee or hot tea. The cafè offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options plus drinks and bakery items. The food is healthy and so delicious. I enjoyed a hearty dinner here both evenings of my stay in the hotel. And then purchased chia pudding to take back to my room for breakfast the next morning. Bring your laptop, bring your appetite, meet your friends here!

I patronized this place for probably the last time today. The baristas usually act like I'm a burden to them, and as much as I've tried to convince myself that I'm wrong about this, I was very sure when I left there today that I got that treatment because I didn't look as much like an ironic hipster as everyone else walking in the door and being treated kindly. I hate that and I hate to say it, but that's just the way it is. I come in wearing the clothes I wear to work in a kitchen and I really think that the staff think that I wandered over from Victory Mission. Now, the problem there is, so what if I did? I didn't, but that isn't the point. I also accept and understand that people who own businesses and operate places like this on Commercial Street probably deal with a lot of people coming in that aren't there for anything other than just to be indoors for a moment and it can probably get a little tedious. But... isn't this place operated by Assemblies of God or am I mistaken about that? They sure do want to help victims of human trafficking and all sorts of hot-button bandwagon causes, which are all very important, and I'd never try to say they're not, but we live in a city that has a lot of causes of its own and I feel like if you go into Eurasia looking like you might belong to one of those causes, you're going to get treated unfairly. Now, all that being said, the coffee is really good. The Food is Almost comically overpriced, and if you have a question about anything on the menu that you don't understand, be prepared for the Barista to treat you like an idiot. But maybe that was just me. Maybe I just looked particularly like an idiot. I certainly left feeling like I must have. I think we have too many really good places for coffee in Springfield to let any one place get away with that. I couldn't even get a thank-you or a good morning, and I realize that everyone has a bad day once in a while and that everyone has to sometimes really manufacture that smile when they work in public service. I know that not everyone is feeling it everyday, so if it was a one-off experience I could be a little more forgiving, but it's every time I go in there. I honestly felt bad all day after starting my morning at...

Amazing! Needs minor adjustments.

This place is gorgeous. The design of the rooms and public lounges is well thought out and stunning to take in. The staff and fellow guests are all pleasant and smiling all the time.

However there were some problems we encountered in our stay. Our sweet was the Casablanca morocco, which was a larger room and super amazing! Our water, was a little messed up. The shower never would get hot no matter how long we waited or played with it. All of the faucets in the room had hot and cold water mixed up as well. The jacuzzi was amazing, but it does take about 40 minutes minimum to fill up enough to do anything. The sink as well had some drainage issues, which we weren't sure if that was normal.

Some things were also lacking in the room. We were staying for a wedding to get ready in the morning and didn't have an iron or ironing board in the room. We also couldn't find the wifi information easily, I'd maybe suggest a card on the table with the name and password for it.

All of that aside it really was a great experience and I would...

I really dislike giving bad reviews. I was very surprised by the attitude of the lady who took my order. Zero personality/rudeness. When my order was ready, she softly called my name. I wasn't quite sure if i heard my name or not but apparently she had called my name. She could've made eye contact and let me know when i didn't hear the first time. What really made me give a bad review was when i said thank you and she didn't reply. My girlfriend then said thank you and no reply. This is beyond rude. There were two women working the counter that day. A younger woman with red (ginger) hair who was really nice and polite. The other lady had dark brown hair and was wearing a black sweatshirt (or something long sleeved) . I don't know if she's the owner or a manager, but she really needs to consider a new line of work. Customer Service is not for her. Coffee was good. I was going to order food but the attitude was a deterrent. 8/21/2022 @...
