The playground equipment is dated and there were several loud, cursing adult males who looked like they might be living in the covered gazebo area. I didn’t stay long because I didn’t feel very safe. There was no clear parking spaces. I parked in the church parking lot across the way. I only stopped at this little park because it was near where my oldest son was taking martial arts classes and I had my 3 year old daughter to entertain for 90 minutes. There are also no restrooms. I will not return. I see where it is good to have this little park for kids who live nearby though. Still, it didn’t seem safe for them to be there...
Read moreAbout 30 years ago I live directly across the street from this park and back then it was overrun with problems especially the druggies and criminals. But, it is now very well maintained, although there was small amounts of trash here and there on the ground, there were plenty of cans around so it's obvious that the people that were there had not picked up after themselves... But, the playground equipment was almost brand new, tennis courts didn't look too terribly old, some very nice gazebos large enough forr a good-sized family...

My friend's mother just passed away, so we came there to have a lunch under a shade tree and console our friend. The grass needed mowing, and there were spiders everywhere! It was unbelievable.
