Went for dinner Saturday after many recommendations. To start all of this was under $50. We got the chicken fried steak, frito pie, bacon cheese fries, a slice of lemon meringue pie, and a slice of strawberry cream pie. The food was HOT and FRESH! The bacon cheese fries had fresh bacon and the fries were crisp. We were not aware of the biscuits that were complementary but they were soft and delicious. We even got lucky to find apple butter on our table which is a personal favorite on biscuits. The chicken fried steak was great. The breading was delicious and stayed crispy even with the gravy and the potatoes had skins which is a favorite for me. The frito pie was 10/10 and “hit the spot” as my boyfriend would say. The pies were delicious and they had a lot of different options which was nice to see! Our waitress was Mary and she was excellent! I had an unsweetened tea with lemon and with each refill I got a new lemon. Seems like a small win but no other place does that! I believe the chef at the time was one of the owners and the waitress gave us a little history about Farm House that made the whole experience amazing. We will be going back to try all the other items but I definitely think this place deserves people to check it out!
It was also very clean and smelled great during the...

ok where to start..... we ordered a Philly cheese and a french dip.... first the philly The Philly cheese was awesome!!! how ever don't like there lettuce there lettuce is monster size leaf lettuce and it just dosnt belong with a Philly.. next I asked for no tomatoes and they cook the tomatoes in to the Philly mix.. tomatoes don't belong on a Philly cheese in any order or fashion.. but the sandwich overall was really really good.. Now to the French dip: it was terrible.... the aju dip was just flavored water it was very very bland.. next the roast beef was very very thick and some people like that me personally I don't, I like my roast beef a little thiner and they do how ever put alot of meat on it but it was very full of fat veins which me personally I'm not a fan of but what truly makes a French dip good is the aju and me or my wife where not feeling it. please take this review only for these 2 items there food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing and it is one of our favorites to...
Read moreIt was our first visit here but it certainly won't be our last! It came highly recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint! The food was excellent and the service was the best!!! She was very friendly and helpful and kept our glasses refilled without us having to ask. That kind of service is a rarity today. We felt like we made new friends by the time we left. They have so many great choices on the menu. You can get breakfast all day! I had the pork tenderloin dinner with mashed potatoes, my husband had country fried steak with mashed potatoes and my sister-in-law had breakfast. I'm not a breakfast eater but that looked amazing and I would order it here! I HIGHLY recommend the Farm House Cafe! It will be our new...
