This is the closest Sonic to our house and my husband and I both love eating Sonic and I don’t want this one to close so I continue to support the business. But that being said, this sonic is so I’m disappointed in the management and operation of it. Just one example, tonight my husband and I came and ordered two combos. His burger was incorrect, my burger was incorrect, and there was missing sauces. His burger just had onions on it, which we can remove at home, not the end of the world. My burger had cheese and bacon. It was not supposed to have either. And it was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup. I understand someone maybe just looked at the ticket wrong, not the end of the world. So after arriving home I decided to go back and request the correct item. The employees I spoke to genuinely did not seem to care and were not apologetic. I was only told “sorry for the inconvenience” at the end after being visibly frustrated. No one cared that anything was wrong and no once cared actually that it was inconvenient. We deal with most of the small mistakes no problem and don’t like to complain. But I would really rather see this Sonic improve than close. Please properly motivate your employees to care about their work. These employees must be paid too little to even care about the customers. Also if we are paying $1 to add bacon to a burger, it needs to be more than a quarter of a strip of bacon. Read moreI have been wanting to get their app. for a while but I kept putting it off until today because I had seen their new commercials with the ladies, and I feel like they finally found the right people for the ad,and so funny too.So today I tried to put their app on both my cell and on my tablet but they are not compatible for the app . It will only work on Apple according to the information. So I called and asked them what is up? I want to get the bargains and sales specials and I explained to them my dilemma. The young lady was very nice and she said to just let them know that I couldn't get the app and I will still be able to enjoy my slushes for the lower price. So I went out of my way so I could get a slushy for 1/2 price , but they charged me full price for a medium one. It wasn't very slushy either. $ 2.96 for a medium. I could have gone to Kum and Go for any size for .99 cents .I passed, McDonald's. Hardee's, Burger King, and it would have been less and been more like I was wanting. So if your wanting to get me for a customer you need to show me that I should have a right to the same specials. Read moreJust got home after sitting at Sonic on N. Glenstone for an hour waiting on my food for nothing to be right still after all the hassle and waiting had to do. First we sat there at least 45 minutes to finally have a carhop to bring some of our order 4 drinks, 2 onion rings, and a Wacky Pack Meal when ordered 3 large combo meals, an extra sandwich, and Wacky Pack Meal. The guy took the receipt to get the rest of the rest of the food and still come back with only part of it. So hit the red button and explained everything and the lady said would fix it. So waited longer and a different person brought out our food and figured after explaining everything all over again everything would be right. So I left to get home 15 minutes later after waiting so long and not a single thing with my order but my drinks was right. Tried calling store because if drove back up there by the time got there would be closed, and all I got was mailbox is full, line wouldn’t ring or nothing. Will not be going back to this location because after all the explaining and waiting did you can’t call to have anything fixed and no matter how hard tried to explain probably still wouldn’t be right.
