Good afternoon my name is Shane Riggs and this morning I placed an order on your website for two dozen donuts and a large coffee coffee with extra toffee and extra caramel drizzle My total came up to over $35. It is now 1:25 in the afternoon and my order has still not arrived.
I contacted your location I purchased the donuts and coffee from and the lady was extremely rude with me. I explained to her the situation and she tells me to get a hold of doordash that there is nothing she can do. I asked her if when my Mom gets discharged from the hospital she can swing by and grab them on their way home and she said no that the order has already left her store.
The problem is I spent $38 on two dozen donuts and a large coffee through your store website. I put under notes the address to the building as well as the code to get into the building. You guys used a third party app called doordash I guess but I never ordered my food through doordash I don't even have the doordash app on my phone I ordered through the website.
I think it is really messed up that I spent $38 on two dozen donuts and a large coffee to be told there's nothing you can do about it..
How is it my fault that the delivery system you chose to use as a the third party didn't deliver my food or deliverd it somewhere else.
I've never received a phone call from the store or a driver informing me they're outside or they're having trouble getting in.
It says at the very bottom of my email that if I'm having delivery concerns or issue to contact your store. I contacted the store and the lady was extremely rude with me did not want to assist me in any way. I asked her she can remake it and I'll have my mom come pick it up after she gets out of the hospital, I asked her if she can reimburse me, and I asked her if she could put it toward credits and she said no that she cannot do anything after the order leave her store which contradicts everything that is posted at the very bottom of your email that if there are any issues to...
Read moreEdit: To add a few stars. I told my husband that I would not come back to this Krispy Kreme location, but I couldn't help myself. That light just sucks me right in. I'm glad we went in tonight though to recognize Charles (he may be a new employee).. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I could tell he was a really hard worker, too.
Krispy Kreme has been one of my fav donut places, because it reminds me of the ones back home on my small island. However, I have noticed a common trend after reading some of the negative reviews on here- their service. I've accepted the fact that Covid has ruined everything for everyone, including getting free fresh donuts from here. But that still didn't stop us from coming in for donuts every now and then when the light is on. But after the lack of service exemplified tonight, I probably won't ever go back.
There were a total of 5 employees that I could see. One was helping the customer at the register, another was working the empty drive thru, a supervisor (or maybe manager) talking to two employees that weren't on shift, and two other guys doing something else. After choosing our donuts and waiting for over several mins, we still weren't approached. No one even acknowledged our presence. The two other guys kept coming back and forth to talk to the two off-the-clock employees. When someone finally looked at me and made eye contact, he turned and started walking away. That did it for me and took my two kids and left for something else.
In a customer service field, this location will lose their customers with their lack of service. Please educate them on greeting and...
Read moreUnbelievably rude staff! I don't usually post reviews of businesses, but our experience was so bad I had to share. My husband was waiting in line when a man in front of him said to go ahead of him because he was still deciding. So my husband starts ordering and the woman at the drive thru comes over all annoyed and says to the man "I know you were next, so I'll do your order" implying my husband cut in line. The way she said it was so rude, both the man and my husband were taken aback and he says " I told him to go ahead of me." This woman did not even apologize for how rude she was and instead said nothing at all. Meanwhile, the lady who's taking my husband's order (two dozen for a family get together) is scowling and impatient the entire time he gave our order---we were NOT taking an abnormally long time nor was there anyone else being served. Even if we were, there is absolutely no excuse for how my husband was treated. The staff during the shift when we were there (Sunday afternoon) were absolutely beyond miserable human beings. It doesn't even matter what the donuts are like, I'll be driving just up the road to Dunkin Donuts because literally any place is...
