Had the lunch special. Cooked just right. It was not over sauced like other locations do.
New visit 2-29-2020. when I got there, there were 2 people ahead of me. and only one person taking orders. and the person was having problems with there card. finally another employee came and started taking orders. after 10 minutes of being there, my order was taken at 6:48 PM. then about 10 minutes I seen what looked like my pizza placed on the counter and left unattended for about 5 minutes. then an employee grabbed and brought it out front and asked if it was done enough. ( I asked for well done) and I asked him to put it back in. At 7:13 PM i walked out the door. when i got home with the pizzas i found that all the cheese and toppings was in the center 3 inches of the pizzas. so it was mostly crust. this was not a good experience so when going to this Little Ceasars...
Read moreToday, (Feb 16, 2021) I walked in to get some food at first at 11:49 because I worked next door and had to Uber to work. I waited for ten minutes and no one came up to the front to greet me and ask for my order. So I left checked delivery apps and they were all closed, so I walked back over at 12:15pm to get lunch and they didn’t even come to the counter when I walked in and I waited about five minutes. I saw a chunk of ice go flying towards the wood door that separates employees and customers and it hit it pretty loud and I jumped because it scared me. I then saw another piece of pice being thrown and hit the door shortly after to which I called out “excuse me?” And two employees finally walked up to the front trying to act like the item that flew through the store had fallen from the ceiling. Read moreThis place is all about making the customer pay for their mistakes. I placed an order for three pizzas, and I live about 10+ minutes away from there. When I got home, I realized they had gotten one pizza wrong. I called them immediately, and they told me I had to return my order with the receipt to get it fixed. I did that, but driving 10+, minute's home and 10+ minutes back, my pizza was cold. I proved with the pizza and my receipt that they made a mistake. They grabbed a pizza off a shelve in the back (I have no idea how long it had been there and it was not in a warmer) and gave it to me to fix my order. I then drove another 10+ minutes back home to feed my family. It would have been faster and warmer to buy a frozen pizza, and I do not know I will...
