McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

We ordered, and things seemed normal. We asked when they stopped serving breakfast, and we were told 10:30am. The lady who took our order was super polite, helpful, and friendly. She even offered some breakfast items they could still make for us. I ended up ordering a large iced mocha with light ice (it gets very watery if there's too much). When we pulled up to the 2nd window to get our food, we were handed the bag and told to pull forward to wait for the coffee drink. I thought it was a little strange to have to pull forward and wait just for a drink, but I thought, "Oh well, things happen. I have no clue what they're dealing with inside. No biggie." We waited for a very long time and started to think maybe they forgot about us. When my husband finally went to get out of the car to go check, the guy popped up at the same time with the iced mocha. We were getting ready to pull off when I noticed the entire cup was full of ice. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding or if they just forgot, but anyway, iwas going to just let it go, but my husband insisted on running back inside to get it corrected.. It’s a Aug 12 at 9:52 if 2025 pm on my boyfriends 24 birthday I’m on a e-bike me my boyfriend and uncle went to this glenstone location at night at 9:52 exactly that time he the manager outside told us a comment saying we don’t serve bikers, he has no dang right disrespecting us anyone period. How do you waste 20 minutes? Go to this McDonald's and order 2 hamburgers and a medium fry. You'll get to pull forward and wait, but while you wait you can watch the other cars wait as well. You can watch food come out the door carried by an unenthusiastic employee and then a customer carry it right back in. There is a harmonious song of car horns playing during your wait. Eventually your order will come out without an apology, thank you or have a nice evening. As you open your bag for the first hot french fry you will find there aren't any and that entire wait was simply for two relatively warm burgers. Don't worry, the fun isn't over yet. Now, despite your choice for drive thru convenience you get to park and go inside, much like those you watched previously do. Upon entry the manager will avoid eye contact while allowing the young, terrified girl behind the register to read your annoyed facial expressions. They will provide your missing fries, unsalted because clearly they've all given up trying at this point.
