We had our first experience with this restaurant last night and I do believe it's THE BEST pizza I have had in a very long time. Springfield has lots of pizza/grinder restaurants so we're pretty experienced. We ordered the Large combination pan pizza. It was sliced in twelve triangles. I worried it wouldn't fill four adults up but I was wrong. There was two pieces left over. And we were so satisfied! The crust was perfect. The combo was cheeses, mushrooms, hamburg, sausage, onions, sauce. Maybe peppers, I can't remember. The price was better than some other places and for what we got, it was really a good price. It actually was a heavy pizza pie! On top of that, the restaurant is decorated welcomingly(is that a word?) it reminded me of a restaurant in downtown Boston or NYC. And the family that owns it are very nice and friendly. Who'd have thought that non-Italians could make pizza better than a lot of Italians! We will now make Pan Pizza our go-to pizza place...
Read moreI ordered from here this past week and I tried contacting them and calling them but the phone was picking and hanging up. So I decided to stop in and I said I have been trying to call for the past 30 minutes and the woman behind the counter said the phone has been off the hook because we are too busy and the owner told me to do it. I thought that was kind of shocking because no owner would ever tell their employees to make sure to take the phone off the hook. Anyhow I ordered a medium pizza it was really good the crust pan pizza excellent. I asked one of the guys if they take orders through website only and he said no she just took the phone off the hook. The woman who was behind the counter and then left to go deliver some food. Apparently they probably need more staff. They are busy they do make a good pizza but the whole concept of going in and waiting she said it’ll be 15 minutes it was more like 45...
Read moreThis is, without a doubt, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The Greek-style preparation is perfectly balanced—not overly greasy or excessively cheesy, as is sometimes the case with this style. What truly sets this establishment apart is the consistent quality across the entire menu. From the subs and sides to the full dinner options, every item I've tried has been exceptional.
The crust stands out in particular: soft and unique, with just the right amount of crunch. Orders are consistently prepared in a timely manner, and the restaurant itself is spotless, with clearly presented menus that make ordering easy.
The owners are genuinely kind and welcoming, adding a personal touch to every visit. A true hidden gem located in the heart of Sixteen Acres—absolutely...
