Pancho's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Springfield

Cleanliness, prices, customer service, quality of food (or service) , and location. Is the 5 points I rate a place by, sadly, this restaurant ranked 2 out of 5. The location is good, kind of hard to access the drive through but not bad, prices are in line with the amount of food they give you. The quality of the food however, it's debatable, I ordered a burrito for my wife and the Asada fries for me, I specifically asked if the salsa Roja (red sauce) was hot, she replied, no; I asked again, not even a little bit? My wife cannot handle any spice whatsoever, she said mo again. We got home abd my wife did what we always do, which is cut it in half and she gives me one half and she gets the other (we always share our meals). I was the first one to take a bite, now given, I have a high tolerance for spicy food but have a very sensitive palate (if that makes any sense). And I noticed right away that the burrito was in fact extremely hot (spicy), and unfortunately, I was unable to stop my wife from taking the same bite I did. Needless to say, we almost ended up at the hospital as she was having difficulty breathing. I tried to call the restaurant and no one answered, have been trying to call for the past 3 hours with no luck. If you like Mexican style food and don't mind the spiciness, then this is the restaurant for you, but if you don't like spicy, inwould recommend to take a small bite as a taste test, unfortunately, the staff cannot be trusted to give you the right answer for a...

If I could give this zero stars I would. My son went through the drive thru today on his lunch break. He ordered 2 burritos. He got back to work and realized there was only 1 burrito in the bag. He called and spoke with the owner who first offered a refund. My son said he would just come back for his other burrito. He pulled up in the drive thru and this man called him a liar! He said he has it on camera that 2 burritos were put in the bag. He asked my son if he wanted to see the video and when my son said “yes” the man said “my wife said she put 2 in the bag. Here’s your burrito and you don’t come back here!” I’m appalled by this! My son’s a hard working, honest, good kid and doesn’t lie. He also was polite even though he didn’t get the food he ordered and paid for and had to go all the way back after he’d already been there once. I work in a very large corporation here in Springfield. I know and talk to a lot of people and word of mouth is everything! This behavior is inexcusable and I will share this information about this establishment with everyone and ask them to share it as well. My son should’ve received an apology and the burrito...

Can NEVER get my order right. I swear, every time they give me the opposite of what I ask for. I wanted 2 ground beef tacos with shredded cheese, queso, and sour cream on top. No lettuce, no tomato. They proceeded to give me cheese, but no sour cream and no queso. Loaded it up with lettuce and tomatoes of course. I paid at least a $1 for the sour cream, and once again I get home and there is no sour cream. I have never been able to try their sour cream because they never give it to me when I ask for it. They sure do love to charge for it though. This has happened multiple times. Oh, and this place claims to be 24 hours but I have driven by and noticed that the place was closed on multiple different occasions. I want to like this place and I have tried to like this place, but it is just not meant to be I guess. Probably wont go back. Oh, and they tried charging me $3.23 for chips and salsa..
