Wow! Great evening all the way around. The food was amazing! Hands down, the best dinner I have ever had a a function that large. Over 400 in attendance for Dr. K's roast. To start off, the salad was delicious. Again, the best salad I've ever had at a large crowd dinner. The steak was cooked to perfection, absolutely loved it and I am vegetarian for healthy personal eating but will go for a good steak once in a while and this was definitely worth it. Superb flavor! The wait staff were excellent throughout the evening. Hats 🎩 off to the chef and staff for an unforgettable meal at the White River Conference Center....

First time here. Went for a large event where they utilized multiple rooms and the outside, had lots of moving parts. The team did an amazing job of sticking to the timeframe for cocktail hour, dinner and dancing and making us guests feel welcome. The bar tenders, our server and the wait staff all were very professional but also fun and energetic. As large scale meetings and events go, this is a pretty great place to have a conference. Leave it to the folks who brought you the Bass Pro flagship store, the Wonders of Wildlife aquarium and museum, and Big Cedar Lodge to host and cater a big meeting with class and style.
