Rally's — Restaurant in Springfield

I love Rally's, well most Rally's. My advice is steer clear of this one. I like the cheap burgers, cheap chicken sandwiches; most times I will stop at a Rally's before McDonald's or Hardee's. I have been to this location multiple times, the last time I stopped at this one. I have zero clue what happened, I had the worst service I have ever had at a Rally's. I pulled up, and had to wait several minutes prior to being able to even place my order. Once I placed it, I pulled up and paid, then waited between 15 and 20 minutes to get my food. If I had known it was going to take that much time, I could have driven to another Rally's location, placed my order there and still saved time. I asked the manager if they had someone call off, she indicated they were just understaffed, or swapped with orders (Someone I seriously doubt). I went by this location another day, about the same time.... saw 3-4 cars in line, and decided to skip them that day. I knew I didn't have time to wait 20-30 minutes...

Old burgers old cheese rotten lettuce flat soda dirty store dirty parking lot dirty employees disgusting !!! Everything is terrible and not safe to eat. Rude and dirty. Not only is the service bad customer service is horrible from the store to corporate they commented on my review to tell me they were going to make it right I've contacted them it's been over a month and I've never heard anything from them they still owe me $20 they're only commenting on here to make it look like they're doing something there absolutely disgraceful unacceptable behavior they are liars and they still owe me money nothing was ever made right do not ever go to this place they're incapable of doing business properly from giving you your food to running their business to making things right when they give you rotten food and they are incapable of contacting you and there's no way to contact them to actually talk to someone that can do something...

I'm rating three because it wasn't the store as a whole that did what I'm about to say..first off manager took care of problem and she was very concerned and upset and immediately pulled said employee off to Side. But said employee was eating tomato's right out of container in full view of customers and pulling ice out of the ice dispenser putting into her mouth and then longing the water from her fingers back into the dispenser.also same employee was very rude and was heavy sighing every time we said a item to order.we initially told her we had a big order in advance and after every single item she would say rudely. Is that all? Then she forgot four items she charged us for and put lettuce on the sandwiches I asked for her not to. My husband and sister cannot eat lettuce because it will kill them.
