Though I am not certain if the owner of this establishment really reads or reflects on the reviews left through this venue, I certainly regret not having done so previous to our experience. I strongly suggest training your staff on what an acceptable standard of your product should be. If someone cannot carry your standards of service (unless your standards of service are sending out burnt, stale food), then both your employee and yourself should consider training and development opportunities, as having a business that does not produce good experiences for the customer and therefore good profits for yourself (as customers will not return and word of mouth is powerful), is detrimental to you and your brand. It is obvious that somewhere along the lines passion, vision and mission were lost, and it shows in the lack of initiative to provide an excellent product and moreover excellent customer service. I ordered a tuna and egg garden salad covered with two slices of provolone. While eating suddenly bit down hard into a olive with a pit and chipped my tooth. The olives were hidden under the cheese and tuna and I would never think that some one would be dumb enough to put olives wit pits into a garden salad. I asked the waitress to speak to the manager and she said she was not there. The cook came over and basically told me that I should have known that olives could be in my salad.
