Chicken Express — Restaurant in Springtown

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. I ordered a number one twice in a row now and it's literally half a piece of chicken with each tender on top of my mashed potatoes is not even a full container and much more. I used to love my local chicken express but now I traveling to a different county for it. It's say I pay $22 for a meal that barley feeds myself because they are so greedy on everything now. Yet I can go to another county and it's perfect. I'll never eat here again unless proven otherwise. It's been 4hrs now and I didn't want to leave a bad review but it's happened to my mother in-law and own father now so if something doesn't change by the coming week then I will have corporate called by Wednesday when I go back for the last test run and I and 43 others from springtown will also be doing the same because we all agred that our local chicken express can do better. I will not drop this nor will the 43 others that are extremely disappointed within the springtown chicken express. I normally don't get anything from here, other than sweet tea (because I don't eat meat) but I was hungry so I ordered some fries, okra, and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he handed me the box, I asked if they put the gravy in there. He said it was already in with the potatoes. I said I didn't realize it came like that; I assumed it would be separate. He offered to fix it for me and I thought that was sweet of him to do that. Got home and opened the box and saw that there was gravy all over the side of the gravy container. As I reached in to pick it up, the lid came off and gravy went everywhere! Ugh! Fine, whatever, I'll just eat it like that! Turns out, all the food was inedible even smothered in gravy! The fries were way too salty, and the okra was hard and greasy. The mashed potatoes were OK, but I probably should have kept the order the way he gave it to me first, to be honest....I don't know if this was a fluke or what, but I was very disappointed.... and I'm still hungry.... I'll go back for the tea, but I'll eat...

Yes when I went through their first of all the service was very rude and considerate and I'm carrying of what we had going on very as our order on top of the fact she was in such a hurry that she charged me at the window for my extra tinder got to be for my dog but either way I was charged for it and the manager here told me that it wasn't important because it was for my dog so they could just rip me off for my money and when I asked for a phone number and his name so that way I can speak with someone above him I was hung up on cannot believe that's the service of management that you would have having your food out I can imagine that does much business at all on top of the fact that our rules were hard and he told me that my needs even though I paid him for them were not important because it was a tender for my dog so she didn't have to...
