Quick Summary If you're looking for authentic, homemade Italian food, without traveling to Italy, look no further than Tuscany's. Vibe & Atmosphere It's a small, quaint environment that's relatively quiet. People enjoy conversations at their tables, as well as the delicious food. Food * Cheese Sticks - these were the best cheese sticks we've had! Each had an abundant amount of mozzarella, the perfect portion of breading, and cooked to perfection. Chicken Alfredo - an excellent blend of freshly-cooked chicken, mixed with the ideal amount of Alfredo sauce. Pepperoni Roll - blended with the perfect amount of pepperoni and mozzarella, I added sausage, onions, and jalapenos that made the perfect mix. Service - Sandy came to see us so often, we thought she was part of our party. Always very polite, even playing along with my sarcasm, great service. Price & Value - outstanding value, especially for the amounts provided. Final Verdict - no doubt, this is the best Italian restaurant in Azle!

Much bigger and nicer on the inside. I was pleasantly surprised. I had been disappointed in this place in the past when it was a Chinese restaurant and vowed never to return and I wouldn't have except a friend told me how wonderful and reasonable their pizzas were. I said well hmm I have to try this. So, I stopped in There today and ordered an 18" meatlover with extra cheese (I don't like to see the red sauce) the man, owner I believe, showed me my pizza before boxing it up to make sure I was happy. I have not eaten it yet as I am waiting for the family but I can tell you it looks amazing. And it was just 21! Puts pizza hut to shame. If it tastes as good as it looks they will have a repeat customer for life. Oh and I got to try a lemon pie with raspberry drizzle. I'm in love. Yummm. Thank you Tuscany's in Springtown.

Tuscany's is located in what looks to be an old Dairy Queen restaurant that has been renovated. Inside was nice and clean with Italian music playing that was not obtrusive. Our server was very nice, and we were never in need of anything during our meal. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Picatta. The food came out very hot and fresh. The Fettuccine was some of the best we've had in the area. The Chicken Picatta was just OK. It was very salty and a little too much lemon - too tart for my taste. The rolls were a little dry but were good once dipped in the alfredo sauce. Overall, we had a nice meal, and if we are in the area in the future, we will consider dining here again.

I wish I could give them zero stars. It was like children attempting to play Italian restaurant. We were already a little nervous with how run down the place looked but decided to give it a fair chance. Tables falling apart and place was filthy. Then we get into the food, and wish we hadn't even tried. They're cheesy garlic bread clearly spent some time in the microwave as the cheese was slimy and sliding off the bread. When we were served rolls they were Stone Cold and rock solid. The salads actually came with a very small piece of cucumber and one tiny chunk of tomato with a little dressing drizzled onto it. The lettuce was disgusting and came with ends attached to it. Let's not even get into the pasta... just kidding here we go: I ordered a lobster ravioli dish with shrimp. It came with an abundance of cream sauce that you had to dig the shrimp out of. You did need to dig the shrimp out because it came with tails attached to it, tails that took up a majority of the FOUR pieces of shrimp they put on your plate. It also comes with four pieces of ravioli stuffed with fake lobster. It tasted like dog food. My husband ordered a mancotti. It had clearly spent time in the microwave, as it was spongy, flat, and in edible. We are taking our food home to attempt to adjust it so we can actually eat the $40 worth of food we just bought. I cannot believe for $18 you get four raviolis that are flat and undercooked. Of course try telling the wait staff that something is wrong, apparently nobody complains about this place. Nice of him to take the words of a customer seriously....

We're new to Springtown and heard a lot about this place so we decided to try it out and it definitely didn't disappoint. Stopped in on a Monday for a late lunch. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She kept on top of our drink refills and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. There were four of us in our party and we each got a lunch special. The server asked if we were getting meals or pizza so she knew whether to prepare salads. When we said yes, she took our dressing choices and brought our salads and bread so we could start with that while we decided on the entrees. We all chose the Caesar dressing which was creamy and delicious. The bread was especially good with a tasty crust on the outside and soft and airy inside. We requested an add on of dipping oil which was an additional $1.50 but very much worth it. It was very flavorful - filled with plenty of fresh garlic and herbs. For our entrees, I had the eggplant parmigiana, my daughter had the lasagna and my son and other daughter each had the cannelloni. The entrees were all delicious. The portions were generous and each was delicious and covered in plenty of cheesy goodness. When the server brought the dishes to the table, she offered fresh grated Parmesan which she brought in a bowl and liberally spooned to our liking. During our meal, the chef came out from the kitchen to make sure we were enjoying everything. Overall our experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend them and will be going...
