I wish I could give them zero stars. It was like children attempting to play Italian restaurant. We were already a little nervous with how run down the place looked but decided to give it a fair chance. Tables falling apart and place was filthy. Then we get into the food, and wish we hadn't even tried. They're cheesy garlic bread clearly spent some time in the microwave as the cheese was slimy and sliding off the bread. When we were served rolls they were Stone Cold and rock solid. The salads actually came with a very small piece of cucumber and one tiny chunk of tomato with a little dressing drizzled onto it. The lettuce was disgusting and came with ends attached to it. Let's not even get into the pasta... just kidding here we go: I ordered a lobster ravioli dish with shrimp. It came with an abundance of cream sauce that you had to dig the shrimp out of. You did need to dig the shrimp out because it came with tails attached to it, tails that took up a majority of the FOUR pieces of shrimp they put on your plate. It also comes with four pieces of ravioli stuffed with fake lobster. It tasted like dog food. My husband ordered a mancotti. It had clearly spent time in the microwave, as it was spongy, flat, and in edible. We are taking our food home to attempt to adjust it so we can actually eat the $40 worth of food we just bought. I cannot believe for $18 you get four raviolis that are flat and undercooked. Of course try telling the wait staff that something is wrong, apparently nobody complains about this place. Nice of him to take the words of a customer seriously....
Read moreWe're new to Springtown and heard a lot about this place so we decided to try it out and it definitely didn't disappoint. Stopped in on a Monday for a late lunch. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She kept on top of our drink refills and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. There were four of us in our party and we each got a lunch special. The server asked if we were getting meals or pizza so she knew whether to prepare salads. When we said yes, she took our dressing choices and brought our salads and bread so we could start with that while we decided on the entrees. We all chose the Caesar dressing which was creamy and delicious. The bread was especially good with a tasty crust on the outside and soft and airy inside. We requested an add on of dipping oil which was an additional $1.50 but very much worth it. It was very flavorful - filled with plenty of fresh garlic and herbs. For our entrees, I had the eggplant parmigiana, my daughter had the lasagna and my son and other daughter each had the cannelloni. The entrees were all delicious. The portions were generous and each was delicious and covered in plenty of cheesy goodness. When the server brought the dishes to the table, she offered fresh grated Parmesan which she brought in a bowl and liberally spooned to our liking. During our meal, the chef came out from the kitchen to make sure we were enjoying everything. Overall our experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend them and will be going...
