I absolutely have to write a review about this sonic. This is BY FAR the worst sonic I've been to. I keep going back because there's not many options for food here in Springtown but my final experience on 10/12/23 was my last.
First, they NEVER give you condiments.... like.... ever unless it's during the morning shift. I typically order through the app and I specifically select the condiments that I want and they are never in the bag. This includes marinara for the cheesesticks and cheese for the pretzels (although, I did get cream cheese frosting with my pretzel once... seriously)... the condiment thing is like the very least of my problems with this place.
My order is ALWAYS wrong. One time I ordered a kids meal and received TATER TOTS ONLY. No entree, no drink, no toy... just the tots. Still didn't even make me mad. I already know I have to check everything from this place.
Another night, I ordered a BLT and received 3 pieces of toast with inedible burnt bacon and nothing else. I like my bacon a little burnt but this was not edible at all and there was no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. I threw it away and didn't even complain to them.
So here's what pushed me to finally write a review. On the night of October 12th, I ordered a BLT again (I did not learn my lesson last time) It was pretty late and my infant was fussy in the back seat so I was in a rush to get home and didn't check my order before leaving. When I got home, I opened it up and the BLT had no bacon. None. So at this point I'm FED UP with this sonic so I drove back up there to complain. Do you want to know what I was told? THEY KNEW THEY DIDNT PUT BACON ON IT. THEY HAD RAN OUT OF BACON AND GAVE ME A FREAKING LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH ANYWAY. Instead of asking if I want something else or a refund they just sent me home with 2 pieces of bread, lettuce, and tomato and expected that to be perfectly acceptable.
The girl apologized, took my receipt and promised she would refund my whole bill for the night. It's been 7 days and I've received no refund. Shocker. So, here I am, doing my part to warn people not to visit this sonic and if you do, you can certainly expect to...
Read moreUPDATE 4-14-21 Ordered a Rt 44 Diet Cherry Lime Coke. It took them exactly 9 minutes and 43 seconds for them to take me card and they STILL didn't hand me my drink because everyone was running around trying to stock things. Like I get it it's shift change and y'all gotta have cups to sell drinks but I shouldn't have to wait almost 12 minutes just to get a drink.... ((Still no cherry))
UPDATE: 4-12-21 I actually got a working stall I was waited on FAST It was reasonable price for 2 meals and the car hop was friendly BUT.... they gave me 2 cheeseburgers and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a hamburger I tried calling several times and nobody answered the phone and this business isn't worth driving 24 miles round trip jus to get my correct food I ordered pizza. ((Still no maraschino cherry in my drinks))
UPDATE: 4-7-21 they didn't have any fountain drinks again.....
Update: 4-5-21 went to the drive thru and ordered a blue ocean water. After waiting 7 minutes at the window I asked the girl if they still put a cherry in every drink and she told me "you ordered an ocean water" I told her "I know but this is Sonic so do y'all still put a maraschino cherry in every drink" she replies "I don't understand you didn't order cherry" ... ((I didn't get my maraschino cherry 😐))
UPDATE: 4-2-21 WHAT IS WRONG with this restaurant. I been trying to come here for a week nobody EVER comes to the speaker. The stalls are always black. When I finally asked someone to take my drink order all I I got was "we are really busy it will be a while before someone gets to you" ... 5 parked cars and 2 in the drive thru is BUSY to y'all?? Chicken E is wrapped into the highway and they have great service

Read moreI'm just gonna come right out and say; whoever designed this parking lot should lose their job. it is the most tightly packed Sonic i've ever been to. DO NOT park on the right side during busy hours if you ever want to leave, because the drive thru line completely blocks that entire row of cars from pulling out. in fact, don't go to the drive thru either. i once waited in their drive thru for 5 long minutes until they finally came out and told the long line that the drive thru wasn't working. and today, i watched as the person 1st in line at the drive thru didn't get his food for, and i am not over-exaggerating, 10 minutes. finally i decide to just pull into a spot to order since the drive thru is glacially slow. i begin placing my order, starting with my drink. but as soon as i told her my drink, she cut me off, told me my total, and shut off the speaker, even as i was saying i had more to add. the workers at this Sonic are some of the laziest and unenthused i've ever seen. they look miserable. i understand that fast food isn't a great career, but have some pride in what you do. they all have this "i'm too good to be serving people" vibe and it's so uncomfortable. and beyond all this, the food just isn't worth the wait. Sonic has gotten progressively worse over the years, but when you have a location like this where you're waiting 20 minutes for a burger that gets to you cold and sloppy, there really isn't a reason...
