Iâve had issues with this store in the past but I really enjoy a good Jack In the Box so every now and then I will give them another try, however I can assure them that this was the last time. The food is always sub par here and the service is as slow as it comes. This time was the worst by far. I ordered via mobile app at 09:04 pm ish and was told food would be ready to pick up around 09:14 pm. So I arrived at the store at 09:14 pm. I pulled to the window and gave them my name for the order. The young man on the speaker was nice enough, but I tried to add a sweet team and was told that they were actually out. Not a big deal though as having experience in food service I understand that tea is hard to keep late and that you have to properly clean everything by nights end. I pulled to the window where I sat around 8 minutes and was told I would need to wait a few more minutes for the food to be ready and they had to drop some fresh fries. Not an issue, for me because I understand things happen and sometimes it takes extra time. I was told to drive around to the front of the store, which I obliged and parked to wait for my food. Mind you my vehicle and one other vehicle are like the only customers this place has at the moment. The issue occurred when I waited nearly 35 minutes in that parking spot waiting for âfresh friesâ. The young man at the window looked tired and worn ragged and when he came out to give the other car their small order, he looked back and noticed me in the car. He asked âhave you not received your order yetâ I told him no and he then got this look of extreme frustration on his face. There was a manager there sitting down and not helping at all and other staff members running in and out of the bathroom but no actual work being done, except for the young man that was seemingly having to run the entire show. He then comes out with my food and drink and apologizes. None of the sauces I ordered were in the bag, the food was cold and the fries were soggy chilled. The entire experience was a waste of time and money. This place was accepted into our small town with hopes to be another option for people outside of McDonaldâs, but its poor parking lot planning, narrow drive thru, traffic infested entry and exit points, bad food, slow service⌠has done anything but add to the community other than an eye sore and another place like our Sonic that we can look at and feel ashamed of. Iâve been to Jack In The Boxâs all over Texas and itâs shameful that the worst one Iâve ever experienced is the one in my hometown. Itâs even more frustrating that Google makes you leave atleast 1 star because the only thing about this location that deserves one is the lone young man working the counter that actually works.    Read moreI recently moved from Weatherford to springtown. I am also pregnant. My wonderful and amazing man. After watching me cry over multiple food commercials and listening to me complain about being hungry decided to go get us Jack in the box with his sister. Now this is my 3rd time going to this jack in the box. 3rd time in 2 weeks. And I am most definitely not impressed. Not only am I not impressed but I am pretty disgusted and disappointed by each visit I've had (there or not).
The first time we went we went about 930 at night. Still not too late. He wanted a salad. They were out of lettuce. Okay we both wanted chicken fajita pitas then. But they no longer sell them (that's not their fault I get it, menu changes. I work in the customer service industry as well). Okay so neither of what we want. Fine. He ordered some burger meal. I just wanted French toast sticks. It was a pregnancy craving. On the way to the restaurant I mentioned how they had banana French toast sticks and how disgusting it sounded. Made me gag. After I ordered my French toast sticks I decided that chocolate milkshakes sounded good. He decided he did too. Not only were we given vanilla. And they told us it was chocolate when we asked. But when I got home I cried as I bit into my French toast sticks and then threw up because they gave me the banana ones. So my pregnant belly didn't get any dinner that night. Just a milkshake.
The 2nd time we went. My beautiful lovely sister in law went through the drive thru to get her hubby some lunch to take him for work. I swear to God I have never heard someone take an order so slow on my life. It felt like the person taking the order was an alien and had never worked with people...or well anything her entire life. I think my poor sister repeated herself like 4x. Crazy when it was just one meal and drink. She even gave them the number for the meal when she ordered it.
3rd time....tonight. while my hunny and his sister were told to pull around and wait for the food. The windows on the vehicle are tinted. So the younger blonde girl with the pink or purple hair couldn't see when they noticed her picking her nose behind the line. Thank God it seemed she was only taking the orders (I hope đ¤) and not making or bagging the food. Needless to say we all checked our food to make sure there wasn't anything extra in our food. Oh and I would have really loved a fork to go with my chicken teriyaki bowl. We don't have forks at home since we just moved.
After hearing some bad things about the local sonic. I'm starting to wonder after this jack in the box if maybe the sonic is a better and less booger...
Read moreUnprofessional, lacking in common sense, problem solving skills and quality customer service. Was more focused on keeping the times down than the quality of food and experience for the customer. Would not recommend unless you have the extra gas and patience to make sure they get it right. They weren't even busy we were one of at most 3 cars that had been there before we left at roughly 12:30pm on a Tuesday. 2 of which were already dining in and they had a full staff on floor. McDonalds is less of a headache and more accommodating when it comes to fixing mistakes and they get more traffic. That being said, we order, we pay and were left disappointed overall. If we didn't double check the bags before we left we would've only gotten half our order. As we were checking he came out with the rest of the food. Not to mention the beyond poor customer service not from crew or your average teen but a grown man not even in uniform so I can only assume manager/owner. Already off to a bad start with representation from higher up, it is expected out of young adults but this was laughable at best. Trying to charge us for something they apparently "don't do anymore" even though they still have the equipment, ingredients and are able to charge the item on their POS system. (point of sale) Only to claim they are making "a one time exception" to make it seem like they're doing us a favor when being confronted about the mistake. When in reality they were poorly covering for a failure to count, request and stock inventory properly. Also if you no longer provide a service/ food item maybe you should take it off the menu and inform your staff of the update to prevent any confusion or overcharging, but no that would make too much sense right? When said "exception" was made it wasn't even done correctly and left a mess of cheese all over the other food items, inside of the bag, which then got all over our clothes when trying to pull everything out to triple check that it was finally made properly and it wasn't. 3 chances to get it right and still remained unsuccessful. Like I said disappointing. Instead of wasting all that time to do a half baked job it would've been simpler to just refund the money wasted on the item you "no longer provided". If you don't make it don't charge us for it and ruin the rest of our meals in the process leaving us with such a mess. It be different if it was a $5, $10 or even $15 order but we didn't come there and spend $50 to get such an awful experience/treatment over...
