Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in St. Cloud

I have eaten inside many times. The food and service was excellent! This Spring, I went through the drive through and the service and food was excellent as well. Then, yesterday, Wednesday, I again went through the drive through. I ordered the 3 piece chicken lunch. When I got to the window, I said that the order may not be right, because I was not asked about soda or ice cream flavor. A woman with 'earphones' taking orders from the drive up interjected that she asked if I wanted the 'snack'. I said I ordered the 'lunch'. The woman with the earphones served me my order. When I got home, besides soft serve and soda, my DQ lunch included a half order of fries, 3 chicken strips and gravy, all of which were cold and tasted old. We went to DQ for dinner, ordered our food and 5 blizzards. When the drive thru attendant repeated the order she stated 4 blizzards. I told her she missed one and began to repeat how many of each kind of blizzard we would like. She cut me off mid sentence starting “YES I GOT THEM ALL.” then we pulled up to the drive through where I asked her if she got all of the correct blizzards and she stated “YES I GOT THEM ALL” and when I asked her to state which kinds, her attitude became increasingly worse. My family witnessed this. I was highly disappointed and we will not be returning to that DQ. I really don’t understand why she was so rude, but it’s not fair to take it out on your...

We frequent dq on highway 10 and always have a good experience, my only comment is when there is a line to the street (which is often) there is no direction where the line is to go. We came by twice today and making a left turn into the business, so we turn around to get in line on the right side. By the time we came back around there is someone waiting to turn left. So now if I wait in the right lane I am blocking traffic.. I hope that makes sense. We got into a nasty argument with someone today because instead of turning around to get in line they wait in the left lane. People do it so often. It makes me not want to go...
