☆☆EDIT MAY 31, 2025 ADDING PIC☆☆ I always try to give places a second and third chance. Today I ordered a large hot caramel high rise skim milk. The cup felt very light when the driver handed it to me. As you can see in the picture the beverage isn't full... I buy this same drink at other stores and it's always full! They also didn't use skim milk, I can taste the difference... They were very busy and I understand that but if they make mistakes on orders they shouldn't be working..

Our last few experiences have been not-so-good. This afternoon we came through I ordered a small cooler. She said $5.59. When we got to the window she said $6.15. I said you gave us two prices and she was rude. When she reached out to give us change she didn't make sure his hand was out she just dropped it. Most of it went on the ground. She didn't say she was sorry. And we couldn't pick it up. There's not enough room to open your door and we had a car behind us. I wasn't mean at all I just asked about the two prices. If that's all it takes to upset her and make her be so rude she shouldn't be working with the public.
Also a few weeks ago we went thru the drive-thru I ordered a caramel cooler. A young man was helping me. The drink he served was barely frozen so I took it in to get a new one. He was upset and not so gently threw it away and mumbled something to the lady he was working with while he remade it. Again if this is all it takes to upset an employee they really shouldn't be there... They need more training if they think the way they acted was appropriate behavior.

Read moreThis is literally the worst Caribou I have ever been to in my entire life. First of all their customer service skills are extremely underdeveloped. Secondly, I had visited this Caribou for my birthday drink. They did not have the drink that I had in mind so I was reflecting for a moment what I could possibly change the drink to. It was literally 3 minutes before they were supposed to close and when I stated what drink I would like instead of the one I originally had planned, she said they were now closed and then I would not be able to order today. I asked her why it was closed when it was literally 3 minutes before they were supposed to be closing, and she simply repeated that they were closed again and to please come back the next day if I desired to order a drink. Unfortunately, I believe this was a very poor and discreetly impolite action to perform on her behalf as I don't believe the issue was that they were closed. Rather, she merely did not want to make my drink since it was free for my birthday. I have been to the Caribou at the mall and across from it and their employees are extremely polite and serve well...
Read moreThe last two times that I went here the customer service was poor. This last time, I ordered my standard drink that I get every single time I go to caribou. Generally it always tastes the same, a caramel latte with coconut milk, this time, my drink was made 2/3 of the way full (it was a medium but the size of a small) and it tasted nothing like it normally does. There was no sweet caramel taste at all. I asked to make sure it was what I ordered. The man at the register offered to remake it but then the barista stormed out at me at the window very threatening questioning me. They did remake the drink but the way they went about it was unprofessional and aggressive. I was not rude nor aggressive, I simply asked a question. The drink should taste the same as always.
